   Went completely down hill , look like this pharmacy is under new management . Chaos . Daughter had an ear infection prescribed ears drops it has meant she been in agony over the new year period real agony . I called prior to ask if this is something they can deal with clearly not , if they cannot give out antibiotics than should have just said so visit a gp .I than had waited nearly 30mins for the inconvenience which was annoying for something you can get simple off the shelf , whole process took over an hour and abit .Although they knew damn well it wouldn’t be suitable for these ear drops still administered it anyways . They claim they are snowed under but it simple because of themselves they mess about and do not put order through telling patients /customers to come at certain times than overwhelming themselves prescribing medication on arrival ,customers were getting frustrated because they were told it be ready by x amount of time and it is not . It would also help if you are unable to deal effectively with anything to mention this , if you don’t have the medication available mention this allowing patients the choice to go to an alternative pharmacy that has the stock available .

   My partner needed an emergency prescription but it was very difficult the woman at the till pharmacist basically denied all knowledge and gaslight her into thinking it wasn’t available then explained they can’t do it because they are simply too busy go elsewhere we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome after spending 16 hrs in hospital especially I wouldn’t recommend it or go here if new or chronically ill. Or in pain definitely not.

   I took my child in as I picked him up from school he was in pain rang the GP they told me to take him to a pharmacy to get his ear checked. Once I reached there one of the staff told me the pharmacist himself is on his break and will be back in 10mins and they do check ears nothing was made clear to me that you need to book an appointment. Once he was back he did not even acknowledge us or even look at us I then had to reach out to him and ask if he was able to check his ear he clearly said no I can’t! no explanation why he can’t after me asking him why can’t you check a child’s ear he just responded go to another pharmacy u have no appointment I am busy. I was so disappointment with his attitude towards checking my son’s ear he is a child as a mother I was concerned. I would not recommend going here to anyone!

   Had a great experience this evening with the pharmacist and two of the colleagues at Canning Pharmacy. I'd run out of medication and was able to pick things up from them instead of my usual online service. Wonderful, friendly staff, so handy to have in the neighborhood.

   Polite staff but I rely on a text message from them each time I get a proscription they have failed me on so many occasions fed up of putting such a little request in for this to happen come on canning chemist fix up maybe score would be higher.
