I visited today 30/12/2020, for medication! As I have a genuine exemption, I was not wearing a mask as I am NOT required to do so, however, I was asked to wear a mask. It was at this point that I informed them of my exemption. However, instead of accepting my explanation, the lady continued to harass me until yet another 'staff' member joined in with the harassment even telling me that they wouldn't serve me unless I stood outside (in the freezing cold) I explained that I knew my rights and that harassment is considered a hate crime! The lady continued and I left without purchasing the much need medication! Avoid this Pharmacy if you can, this matter will be taken further!
Several times I've needed to buy prescription medication or over the counter medication, this is my local pharmacy so I come here and everytime I receive fantastic customer service. Lynn behind the counter is always friendly and eager to help if I'm ever unsure about the best things to treat myself with or even to help pay for my prescriptions. I've never been to a pharmacy that has been so happy to help and this goes a long way to making me feel comfortable asking for help and information when I need it. I can't give enough praise, and I'm very grateful for your help Lynn.
