ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! They will tell you everything you want to hear to help grow your business online and it’s all lies they can and do not help in anyway and your tied into a 12 month contract with no option of leaving so it’s just one big con to take money from small business.

This company is awful, my husband had paid nearly £2k for a website that he hasn't had any business from. We have had a difficult time of late and Satvir has been one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!! Other reviews on Trust pilot also confirm that they are total Scammers!

Please do not trust Unitel Direct! Beware! of Unitel Direct - I was attacked on 4th December 2023 and misled by organized workers from Unitel Direct who were trying to sell dreams of helping you get sales by creating generic websites that point to using your own website promising a campaign which will be listed on google. The Unitel Direct uses inappropriate methods, attempts to acquire your copyrights, and uses information without the owner's consent. The Unitel Direct asks over the phone to pay only £10 by Direct Debit to obtain your bank account or account number. I am not happy to provide any direct debit or payment for that service or pay any fees. The company does not comply with the law and they did not meet their agreements with service. This Is Not What I Was Looking For! The Unitel Direct is a prime example of poor service and fraud. The Unitel Direct exposes us, honest enterprises, loss of revenue, and mental health injuries, resulting in reduced earnings to HMRC and business problems with partners.

I had the pleasure of engaging with Unitel Direct. Sadly the first sales call was in fact the best part of the service. I was called by 118 online which unfortunately is the first part of the lie and misleading communication, they follow the same process as Yell and ask you to confirm your listing etc and then pass you over to a sales agent, your met with a friendly person who promises you the world! These promises are empty, they said they are part of yell amongst other lies. I was promised the first page of google, multiple keywords which my account manager would go through with weekly updates, the initial sales call was just to get it off the ground and that it would take 4-5 weeks to get on the first page of google. I received a call around 3 weeks later from yell offering me a service which I thought was strange because I had already signed up through Unitel. I contacted my account manager who was pretty abrupt and rude and just rolled off some nonsense about them being affiliated with Yell but they weren't anymore. Roll forward a couple of weeks and I start realising the website they created was actually about 30th position, I messaged customer services but didn't get a reply after a few days went past they tried taking the direct debit which I contacted the bank and declined. I then contacted Unitel who managed to find the email I had sent, I was thinking great this means I can get some answers. I spoke to the lady in customer services who was pretty helpful, I went through the initial sales call with them and explained what was promised and that I was called off various numbers on their system which oddly none of them actually ring back it's all just a number that says number not recognised. I explained that I was promised the first page of google, I was then informed that that's not actually the case! Your promised bing and yahoo only! I'm pretty used to SEO and in our industry bing and yahoo don't generate enough search volume to warrant me paying for (it has a rather small market share of 5-10%) it's not hard to work out if google gets 300 searches a month for a keyword then bing and yahoo would averagely get 30. I told the advisor that this wasn't explained and that if that was the case I wouldn't have agreed to the service. I was then told on the phone, you're in contract and you can't cancel because you signed something?! I never signed anything and the document they sent me afterwards isn't even my signature. They also can't confirm the IP address that signed the document which I found very strange, especially if it's a legal document which could be forged. We move forward and I said the email that I asked for is very misleading and it's a rather grey area considering if your told one thing and its a large company (or so you think) then your gonna naturally believe what they say on the telephone and not really overthink the wording in the email they sent. The advisor agreed and said it was misleading and what can she do to make it right, could she offer me a discount on the services etc I politely declined and said I don't want a service that isn't what I was promised, it's illegal and its blatant mis-selling to customers who want to try and get their business off the ground. There's tons more but due to googles character limit I can't post anymore. Search Unitel Direct on Sitejabber
