    Tried to return a sharps bin for which Asda pharmacy had changed. Was told that even that they had supplied the medication they would not accept the bin. I had waited awhile when it came to my turn the the assistant turned her back on me and went into the back. Very rude and not a bit helpful just said we administer the prescription but won't help with disposal of sharps. Totally useless. Left the bin on the counter they chased after me when I refused to take it back they put the sharps bin in a Asda carrier bag and attached it to my car door in my absence. The bag could have been taken by anyone before I arrived at my car. Very irresponsible .

    Stood queing for prescription, got to the front of the queue to be told were closing in a couple of minutes so they couldn't do my prescription and to come back,Staff attitude really disgusting.. Rolling there eyes at other customers

    Good service in my repeat prescrptions as well as other ones if you need them from doctors. It is opened for very long hours til 9 pm, so it us very handy to go even after you finished work. Plenty of stock and has a consultation room for small things like the flu jab.

    Apparently their text message system isn't working so you have no idea if your prescription is ready or not unless you ring up or keep going in. Went again today, was supposed to open at 1pm, staff slowly drifted back in by 1.10pm, there was a queue by now and somebody commented it's the same every day. Staff aren't very friendly, I'll be going back to my old Pharmacy next time!

    Shabby and useless service. Firstly they left my 84yo infirm mother standing waiting for service for 10 mins (no queue). When they finally asked if they could help, we were informed they had a 48hr stop on any repeat prescriptions, even ones sent as an emergency from a GP 170 miles away! Useless. Took the prescription and went next door to Priory pharmacy, who were fast, efficient and very helpful - and also had chairs available to sit on while waiting. Don't bother with ASDA pharmacy, they're useless
