   Too many times I had found overpriced items. They put one price on the shelf and another on the till usually much higher. There are almost 3 years I always had this problem with this pharmacy. I did spoked with a manager trying to report this issue and it seems this is a practice in their shop. Also the personal is very rude. Very poor customer service and ripping off the customer. Not recommend this pharmacy at all.

   Without question, the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff are rude and won't acknowledge that you're waiting. When you're finally graced with their attention, they're condescending and stuck up. Avoid at all costs

   This is a smaller store with limited lines but has helpful and friendly staff and is usually well stocked. The pharmacy does get extremely busy at times, hence some of the negative comments from others, but on the whole they do a good job.

   Absolute nightmare! Do not order them to do your repeat prescriptions!! Never there on time, even though you get a text saying your prescription is ready for collection. Not able to answer if they have been re-ordered or not! They blame all the discrepancies on the Surgery! I was left today with no medication at all! Not even an emergency supply was arranged or offered to me. In the end I had to drive to the Surgery myself to sort it out and they assured me that it had not been reordered. Absolutely disgusting! Shame on this service!

   Really poor, every time I go here to collect a prescription there is a problem, I appreciate pharmacies are sometimes out/short of some items, but this is almost all the time!. I give them 5 to 7 days usually from my doctor sending them the prescription and yet invariably when I go to collect its not even ready. This time I waited 10 days, only to find them closed due to unforseen circumstances, 2 more days passed and I went back only to be told they were not ready and they couldn't do it now because their computer system was down. waste of time, I'm transferring!

   Tried to buy a blood pressure monitor today. I asked for some advice, as there were a number in stock. The assistant didn't offer any help or guidance and directed me to Boots in Victoria Centre.

   Every time I come here the staff are just so poor. You always have to queue which is fine but no one acknowledges you before the staff go off to do something else. Today I was queuing whilst two other people were helped and the minute they were finished they disappeared off to stock shelves or do something in the back. No one acknowledges you or says they’ll be with you soon. You’re left to wait until someone decides to help or you seek someone else. Additionally, I was mortified the last time I went in to pick up my prescription anti depressants. The pharmacist and other staff were shouting my name across the shop along with my prescription. There was someone in the shop that I know from work who now knows the medication I take and why all because the staff aren’t thoughtful enough to show some subtlety. Awful customer service - the worst boots I’ve ever been to.

   I frequently receive poor service from the pharmacy. Dilatory is the word that springs to mind, and the pharmacists appear to have little interest in most of the customers in front of them. The counter staff are generally helpful. I only use this pharmacy regularly, as, due to Covid, this Boots is the safest to use, ie it’s rarely busy, so not crowded - I suppose this is an advantage of the service provided.
