We’ve used this pharmacy for years and they’ve been brilliant. If they haven’t got what we need, they will get next day. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We would 100% recommend them

A liability to the health of the public and does not follow policy and procedure. Very ill because refused to sort my emergency medication. The Nagarian pharmacist hadn't a clue what he was doing asking for a tablet box for ID then fumbling around in the back. I had to tell him how to do his job by acsessing computer records. Said he could only give me 2 pills but wanted to charge full price. Im reporting to CQC and relevant authorities. Dereliction of duty of care.
Ordered an emergency prescription through the NHS website. Contact the chemist to see if they have stock, they say yes so I travel to the store. Arrive at the store to be told they can’t give me it due to the item being packed for another customer. Why say you had it available when it clearly wasn’t? This is just another example of why I left this chemist months ago. They always mess you around and it’s beyond a joke. They really don’t care about their customers.
What an awful experience I had, was told to come back when my 6 month old baby antibiotic finished to get another bottle and told when went back they out of stock. Was waiting so long and my son didn’t have his antibiotic.
Pharmacist was very friendly, made sure I was comfortable with my pfizer booster, fastest and easiest jab so far!
Had an appointment on 1st January for a covid booster at 12pm no one in, lights were out. I waited 15 minutes in case they were late but still no sign of anyone. Have tried telephoning since but constantly engaged. What a shambles. Also late night pharmacist if you call 8pm late
Please understand that people arriving for a vaccination might be anxious and don't need to be rudely sent outside in the rain because they had arrived a few minutes early for an appointment.
Pharmacist did not wear a mask when vaccinating vulnerable people in a small windowless room and clearly was not washing his hands between patients. When I challenged him on this he said he didn’t touch people to vaccinate them. The shop was very crowded and not social distanced and the other member of staff did not wear a mask either. I didn’t feel safe in there.
