Recently switched to this pharmacy for my partner's prescriptions after giving them a test run on the recommendation of a health visitor. Fantastic service. Knowledgable & friendly. Informed by text message when prescriptions are ready for collection. Walk-in service for flu vaccination. (Used today.) Someone answers the phone when you call! (Bonus points for this.) I've now switched to Omega myself based on their service for my partner. Excellent, keep it up!
Only just discovered this local pharmacy by chance as it’s well hidden. Been using it since discovering as I find all staff very helpful, approachable and also knowledgeable. I have in the past started on statins and had dreadful side effects. This time when I was prescribed a different one and I collected from Omega I was offered a follow up phone call to check in 3 weeks how I was doing. I felt really reassured by this offer as I had been anxious trying a medication that could potentially give me side effects. With regards to confidentiality they always ask you to write down your name so you don’t have to shout. But when giving out medication there no choice but to say persons name in order to give the medication. What stands out most is their kindness. It’s clear they know their community well and treat everyone with respect and compassion. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both supported and valued, but this pharmacy manages to do that consistently. Well done team and keep up the good work

I went to Omega for some travel vaccinations, which is a relatively new service they offer. John, the pharmacy owner, was very knowledgable and professional and the prices of the vaccines themselves were extremely reasonable compared to some other travel clinics I had looked into. All the staff here are lovely and I have never had any issues. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for efficient and friendly service :)
Worst pharmacy, v.dirty inside and rude staff over the phone. Did a mistake by choosing this pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy, definitely gonna change to another pharmacy.
I went there for my sons medication and only waited a few minutes , very friendly and very helpful ... highly recommended chemists

This place is great for medication over the counter and also does prescriptions here too.
Poor with Data Protection likes to ask personal detail in front of customer etc. Even when wanting to buy Sudafed which is sold by: Asda, Wilko, B&M etc
