   Chemist is telling me I have another days worth of medication, getting the dates wrong obviously, when I’m completely out!! So adamant about it too, felt like screaming. I made it clear I took my last two tablets last night and that I’d been taking my medication as indicated, just to be lied to my face about having one more days worth!! Really annoyed.

   Staff are always amazing but the queues can get so long and waiting times are crazy sometimes!! I use this pharmacy on a fortnightly basis and sometimes can wait about 30 minutes. Best to go when your meds are ready and you’ll get through quick! Alternatively they do have some great offers on baby bits, got most of my dummies, chewbies and bath bits from here!

   They never have meds in. They only have 4 out of the monthly tablets I have, put them in but didn't tell me there was only 4 in there, weekend came about so I couldn't sort it til Monday where I'd already ran out. Also good luck getting them on the phone as they rarely pick up.

   Can be waiting a while for meds, 15-20mins even though shop is empty. Staff are always helpful and polite.

   Not great but better than the co op pharmacy. A lot of the time when you go to Boots for your medication, they don't have it in stock, my son is on thyroxin which is a med he's going to need for the rest of his life, he put the prescription in, waited 48 hours then went to collect his meds only they didn't have them in as usual (you would think they would stock these kinds of meds) my son had no meds left, he told them this, they told him he'd have to wait until Saturday.. which was about 3 days later which meant he had no meds for about 2 - 3 days. He goes back into the chemist on Saturday, he's in pain all over from not having his medication, he's the only one there at this point in time, so the man starts to serve him, asks for my son's meds and not long after a woman walks in complaining she wasn't given another meds, so what does the chemist do? She starts sorting the other persons meds out instead of sorting my son's!!! 25 minutes later she's still piddling about, so my son was getting more and more annoyed due to his pain, she should have served my son FIRST, silly woman, what was wrong with the rest of the staff sorting my son out?

   Products amd medicines are dearer then most other pharmacies. Some of the shelves seem empty of products. Can get busy at times so be prepared to wait for assistance

   The staff are friendly, but prescriptions are nearly always late. You asked to be signed up to receive a text message to say when your prescription is ready, which you very rarely get. Staff don't tend to like the truth when pointing out your prescription is always late, and when you're on very strong pain medication, and anti-depressants amongst other things, it is vital you get your prescription on time!
