   The actual pharmacists are very helpful, however the attitude of the other staff is awful. Very rude and patronising. I don’t expect to be spoken to as if I’m a naughty child just for expected the same service I’ve had previously! My (many) prescriptions have always been ready for collection within 24 hours but this time I was rudely informed that I hadn’t allowed 48 hours and I should go away and come back later. No consideration or understanding at all for the fact that I can barely walk through nerve damage from spinal disc issues at the moment. The prescription was reluctant issued but I was left extremely distressed and in tears by the time I left, which further added to my long term mental health issues which were obviously apparent to the staff by my prescribed medication!

   Despite explaining to staff multiple times that I'm a trans man, I keep getting flagrantly misgendered. Went to go an pick up my partners meds today and her behalf, and was misgendered yet again. Doesn't make me feel very safe to go and pick up medications. Disappointing to have such things happening in 2023. Also will not answer their phone. Not impressed at all.

   Poor service, long waits and low stock. Staff were generally unhelpful and were very dismissive and reluctant to help.

   Great service from a very busy pharmacy. The staff are fantastic. Went out of their way to assist me when I ran out of essential medicines due to losing items in a house move. A credit to private pharmacies.

   Very very poor service. 9/10 I have been asked to return for a prescription. Most times after returning I've been asked to come back again because either its still not ready or not in stock. Not one day have I ever walked out with a prescription without being called to return for it. If I've tried calling them beforehand to check if they have a certain medication in stock their lines are always engaged. Very frustrating!!. I stopped going for a couple of years because a nearby chemist was giving very excellent service, but because this is closer I thought I would give it a try again but unfortunantly the service remains very poor. Will not be using this chemist again. And its not only me who complains, other people have said the same thing to me.

   Very rude staff both to myself and my wife. I can understand during lockdown 2 people in the store at a time, but there is a way of not shouting at people to advise them. I'm not an uneducated person and to be frank, the woman looked like she has anxiety issues.
