Not sure why Ashley Bailey is complaining about the lack of Saturday opening - the pharmacy has been there nearly 20 years and has never opened at a weekend, it can't as the surgery gates are locked then, so you can't get in. Apart from that, it's certainly variable in service but I've never had a problem with flu or Covid vaccinations being cancelled ever or had to wait more than a minute or two after my appointment time. The one constant is the superb Rachel who has been there since the pharmacy opened and is always friendly, welcoming and very efficient.

This chemist used to be really good now when I order my perscription it takes 5 to 6 days and there is normally something missing. Not sure why this chemist is getting so bad they never answer phone and dont open on Saturdays and close an hour for lunch instead of staggering lunch times like other chemists do, maybe if they dont have enough staff it's time to take on some more.

I would have loved to give 5 stars as the service from the counter staff and pharmacist was excellent and very friendly however it was the 20 mins wait to be served which felt unreasonable.

I arrived at 14:25 at Well pharmacy on Harrow Rd. my appointment for a covid vaccination was for 14:30. On checking in I was informed that I would have to wait in all probability for an hour. I told him to forget it and walked back home. What is the point of booking a precise time if they can't get anywhere near it. Very poor service.

Iβve only tried to use this pharmacy once but I booked a flu jab online which was straightforward (but I had to pay on booking). A couple of days later my kids both got fever and illness and I started to come down with it too so I tried to call to rearrange the jab. I didnβt want to just cancel online as it was less than 48hr prior to the appointment and I wanted to rearrange rather than cancel and then presumably have to pay again to make a new booking. I called more than 20 times across a day and a half and no one answered. Either the call timed out after a few minutes of ringing or it immediately failed saying βuser busyβ. There was no voicemail available to be able to leave a message. Eventually I called the central number who asked me to email them so they could forward my email to the relevant branch, and the lady on the phone was helpful. She emailed me back the next morning (morning of jab) but I still wasnβt able to contact the pharmacy prior to the appointment time so half an hour beforehand I decided the only thing I could do was to pop a mask on, get myself and unwell baby into the car and go to see them. I was on my way out the door when I got a voicemail from the pharmacy saying the appointment was cancelled as their regular pharmacist was off sick. But this message came when I would have had to already be on my way to make the appointment on time. So I probably wouldnβt bother booking here again based on the difficulty in communication alone!

They're alright. IMPORTANT NOTE: You can't collect any prescriptions between 1pm and 2pm because "the pharmacist takes lunch at this time." Recommend they restructure shifts so that the pharmacy always has a pharmacist present during opening hours, or just adjust their opening hours online. That said, it's not a terrible problem.

What excellent service. The chemist squeezed me in for a blood pressure check, even though he was understaffed that day. He was extremely polite and actually apologised for keeping me waiting.

I agree with previous reviewer, prescriptions are never ready on time, even when requested two weeks earlier. There seems to be a lack of communication between staff and no trail of where missing items might be, despite another member is staff saying βIβm sure I saw that the other dayβ. They say sorry but nothing changes, and I have to return or stay home for a delivery of the missing item(s).
