Never a problem from them. Always polite & extremely helpful. When I've had a problem about a prescription they've always taken the trouble to contact the surgery on my behalf.

Given 1 star as you can't give a zero. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. They never have enough stock to fulfil your prescriptions. Would not recommend

I take a specific medication every day and need to collect it every month and every month there is a delay because they don't have it in stock. When I said this is something you should have as you can see I take it every single day and there is always a delay in my collection, I was told they cannot store it and always need to wait for prescription. Today I needed to collect the medication as I'm out (requested 5 days ago) they told me they will have a delivery of it for Monday so I have to go for the whole weekend without it! If something happens to me, going to sue, simple as that. If you know you have someone that collects the same medication every month, why can't you have it earlier in stock? Stupid. Changing the pharmacy.

I am about to lodge an official complaint with the health department about this pharmacy. It’s beyond a joke. In the eight months we’ve lived here there has not been a SINGLE month that all mine my husbands and my mothers medicine has been corret. My mother doesn’t live with us but due to the start of dementia we order her pills in a dosing box. Four months out of eight hers have been wrong. The last straw was today. I checked and there were two of her blood pressure tablets in each box. TWO!! There should be one. One month I got half my prescription. When I rang I got the same excuse I get every month of “well if you request them too early the system won’t let us order them”. I know it won’t. I also know when they’re due and when to order them. Then they said it was a week wait for them. Not MY fault you ballsed up is it. Then what do they have for me? The same half they already gave me and not the missing tablets. Another month I got FIVE of the same thing each time I went to collect a misssing item. (Instead of the actual missing item). My husband had medicine labelled for someone else that he doesn’t even take in his bag. What else are they getting wrong? They could literally kill people giving them the wrong medicines and not giving them the right ones. I’m sick of giving them another chance and sick of the same abrupt woman telling me I must be trying to order them too early. If that’s the case why were half ready? They’d all be rejected surely? They just can’t own up to making an error and apologise. I’m moving chemist ASAP and lodging a formal complaint. You can’t be making mistakes like this, this often, you’re playing with peoples health for goodness sakes. The staff are mostly abrupt abrasive and rude. One time they told me I must be ordering too early, then when I said I wasn’t I was told the issue was with my Doctor —and yet the chemist hadn’t even asked my name! Absolutely disgraceful and as I say I’ll be making a formal complaint to the health authority.

Why do people in this practice think that they are doing us a favour in servicing us, and look down on people. I am highly qualified and a professional and get frustrated when jumped up shop assistants go on a power trip. The attitude of the staff is disgraceful and they have ideas above their station. The female chemist with the blonde hair is the only decent support in this Chemists, but I will not use them again. I need numerous tablets to stop me from dying as I am a transplant patient and will reject if I do not get my anti-rejection drugs. They give me 8 weeks of tablets at a time, but often 8 weeks does not equate to 2 months. I am now going to run out of Fluoxetine and Mycophenolate on 22 May 2022 and will start to reject if I do not get my tablets. I will need to contact my transplant consultant now, so I am not put at risk. Gambling with peoples medication is not a joke , I will be contacting their head office.

OK when it's open. But on at least 4 occasions in the past 2 weeks it has opened late (today still not even open at 9am) Don't know why they bother having an 8.30am opening time advertised. Unreliable.
