Gave 1 star for the lovely woman that works in the chemist as she was the only one that was polite, iv been in for meds for my son and was told he couldn't give me the non sugar free... because children have a reaction to it, & told he couldnt see what my son has had before more like the cost or couldn't be bothered. As I went back to the hospital to get 1 that states not sugar free antibiotic. Next time I won't be using the chemist I would rather drive further out than looked at like something on his shoe.

Long wait for no reason and staff don't even interact with you just to say something simple as "I'll be with you in a minute", as an example. This was my first and last experience, I whish I would have looked at the other reviews earlier.

Absolute shambles. Waited half an hour in a queue with just 3 people in front of me. The girl who served me couldn't understand me. I had to write my English name down. She had no idea whatsoever what she was doing. Gets worse everytime I go in. Definitely time to change pharmacy.

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend at all, they let queues build up while they talk about going on holiday. They always say we don’t have that or go to the walk in centre yet half the time they do have the stock they just to lazy to sort it. They never want to see you and just make excuses that you have to go to walking centre.

This pharmacy used to be very well managed, this however has changed, for the worse. I visited today on the 18/02/24 and asked if they had a certain cream. They didn't have it sadly. I was offered an alternative but decided to leave it for now. After a couple of hours later, I decided to return for the alternative. I spoke to a man called Theo, who at first was polite and helpful, but for some reason he went to the back of the pharmacy and after a couple of moments returned with the alternative, he then began to start asking me questions in a slightly stern tone, he informed me that his colleague stated I had already been today and that I had a consultation? He was asking me questions like I was a criminal and being investigated, I'm absolutely appalled by this behaviour and manner, are we not allowed to change our minds and return to a pharmacy for some simple oitment cream? Nevertheless, Theo decided to explain thst my life style habits could be what's causing my flare ups, no concern about my private confidentiality, I had to stop Theo in his tracks and explain to him I work in the health sector myself as a first responder so I know very well about the body and what may cause my issues, Theo obviously didn't expect this as I was dressed in comfortable lounge wear, hence why I believe I was spoken to prior in a less favourable tone beforehand. I asked for his name after paying, people should be allowed to return to places twice in a day, we all change our minds on things, the fact I was spoken to in a stern tone simply for wanting to try an alternative albeit a poor alternative is none of their business, I do not go to pharmacist for advice ever, the fact they think they know it all is beyond a joke and I hope management read this and habe a friendly chat to Theo about the way he conducts himself to them members of the public. I will never return to this pharmacy if this is how bad its become. There's plenty better with pharmacist who know what they're talking about and treat members of the public with respect.

Booked a private flu vaccination for my daughter aged 14 as it looks unlikely that she will get one in school as they don`t seem to be vaccinating her year group. During the booking system we selected `age 12-15` and the booking went through. When we got to the pharmacy we found out from the pharmacist that they are only vaccinating over 16s. Someone needs to sort this out. I suspect that this is not the only Asda that isn`t giving vaccinations to under 16s, but is allowing people to book them. A lot of wasted time for everyone and wasted appointments.

I was given a prescription which was quite important but when presented at a famous Nottingham based outlet I was told that there was a manufacturing issue and there was no stock in the company. Phone calls by them confirmed this. I rang Asda and not only were they confident they could get the item they ordered it in advance and it was waiting for me. Fantastic service
