This is a very convenient pharmacy next door to the doctors. The staff are very nice and work hard to give an excellent service. I've never had any issues at all. My only criticism is that it could do with the glass doors cleaning and the floors mopping. It really let's it down when you approach the pharmacy as it is full of weeds and litter.
This place is filled with lazy staff who can't be bothered to manage the customers, I went in to pick up prescription and it was empty, waited 5 minutes and spoke up to try and get there attention, nobody noticed and another 5 minutes went and a queue formed i ended up just leaving. Also heard from another person in the queue that they have also closed early before without notice and after messaging people to say prescriptions were in, absolutely shocking service, I can't wait till the new pharmacy on the high street opens and takes the business away from this place..
I am absolutely disgusted in the way my partner was treated today, regarding my 2 year old autistic sons medication. I have pursued this matter further, both of the female staff are horrible. I will however update this when we get our comeback. Lucky I wasn't there.
Apparently my repeat prescription was sent to this pharmacy on the 6th December and I was informed today, by the surgery, that the pharmacy should have contacted me then. Just spoke to quite a rude person on the phone after letting phone ring for a considerable period of time. She told me they don't ring patients to say it is there or ready. It was made ready yesterday 6 days after receiving it as she said they were not told it was important. I questioned why they did not notify me Again. This time I get a different response 'we don't have your number as we only have it if you have used us before' Nearly cried laughing. That's where I got my previous prescription from along with all my son's medication over the years. Stay clear. Very rude and unprofessional

The entrance has a ramp but definitely not wheelchair accessible, the gradient is too high. Will take photo next time there
Absolutely shocking customer service, staff are in the back talking, people come in and are left waiting for ages, having to result in shouting "hello" to be served! Also sat waiting for well over half an hour for a prescription to be checked! Would not recommend at all
Really shocking customer service!! I came earlier in the day because the prescription was ready.. Sent me away to find out 'what I needed most' I came back in a queue which is bad enough anyway but one member of staff who's name will be unnamed for now. Told me she wanted me and other customers out even though it was 18:20 and closing time is 18:30.... Then she tells me that she doesn't have any items on prescription in stock in other words 'she wanted me and other customers out'. She also said to me a while back, have more faith in us..... PFFFFFT yeah okay!
My daughter arrived at this chemist 16:00 last night to collect her prescription, the web site says they are open till 19:00 she was there for 16:00 they were closed so she rang the bell to be met by a very rude woman who said we are closed, my daughter questioned the opening times again by the very rude woman with a mouth full of food we are closed and we close at 16:00 my daughter pointed to the times on the door and got yeah well we are closed, my daughter asked for prescription and was refused, when she asked what if they are life saving and I needed them now, the reply from the rude woman was WE ARE CLOSED! in this time of every supposedly being helpful what the ..... my family have now contacted our GP and asked for our prescriptions to be moved from this chemist to Boots at Giltbrook. They do not deserve any customers when they are treating perople this way. I did not want to give this any stars but it wont let you post unless you do, I hope some senior management read this at some point.
