Pharmacist was very helpful in prescribing abx for a problem I couldn’t get a same day appointment at GP - really grateful for his care and thoroughness

Worst pharmacy experience ever! I’ve now changed because of badly I’ve been treated and how rude the staff are! Was given the wrong antibiotics and went back after taking them for 5 days and only when I ended up in a&e the doctors realised I had been given the wrong ones after they looked up on my notes, and they didn’t even apologise when they realised, and blamed me for not checking before I left, and then also made me pay again!! Awful awful awful!!!!

Absolutely shocking. Staff lovely but not enough of them. Prescriptions as I've learnt take up to 2 weeks plus to sort. Left my 15 days only to be told to come back in an HOUR
Was treated rather rudely & i was made to feel I was doing something wrong when I wasn’t, I have social anxiety and this was the worst pharmacy experience I have had. They couldn’t even get my name right and denied me my prescription because of it.
Everyone working at this pharmacy is pleasant and helpful, and when necessary they will go the extra mile to sort things out for you. The tex system which they use, with your permission, informs you when your prescription is ready, and it works really well. You are encouraged to discuss any queries with them and they will always get back to you regarding advice or follow ups from such queries. It is pretty busy in there but they don’t make you feel rushed. The service is friendly, knowledgable and professional.
