Amazing service as always, Richard, Rach, and Sally are amazing. If you work on site for Boots, this is where you want to go for your test. Very thorough, any concerns are addressed in a way that is easy to understand, and the frame selection is so diverse!
Just had my opticians appointment and as always fantastic service from Richard, Rachel and Sally. Richard has been great helping to sort some issues I've been having with my eyes recently and Rachel and Sally are amazing with the testing and helping picking out the right frames, which is not an easy task. I've just had a wedding dress moment with my glasses. Richard was patient and took his time explaining my eye exam to me and what everything meant. Rachel took her time going through loads of different pairs of frames until we found the perfect pair We tried different sizes and colours to make sure they were the ones

Visited for an emergency appointment. Richard and the team were first-class. They found time to book me in within the hour, then took time to refer me to hospital for treatment, and even tried to call ahead to ensure they knew I was coming. Fantastic patient care.
Bl**dy awful on-line service. Not the first time we've ordered from Boots only to find that they do not commit to the order. Having placed an order (for next day delivery), had my payment card details taken and my order then confirmed, I subsequently received an email during the night with a feeble excuse that there was no stock. Considering we are living in 2023, with WMS and ERP solutions providing seamless order processing and fulfilment (this seems to work for most online companies) I find it frustrating that a long established company like Boots cannot sort themselves out. As I say this has happened before with Boots, so if you need an item next day then go somewhere else. Never again!
They are disgusting that's all the mangers in Boots broadmead (Joanne) and the Imperial Park boots manger
Ordered several make up products. Shocking quality. They arrived with sellotape manually wrapped around the lids several times. This left a sticky residue. Customer service via email were no help, sent a generic response. Boots emails you to review their products, but doesn't approve negative ones, so they aren't true to reality. So I'm leaving it here with Boots HQ.
