Always friendly to customers. Good stock of men's clothing (found pull & bear t-shirt for £4.50 perfect condition). Best way to shop for clothes (help charity, save clothes, do your bit for the planet)!

Lovely bright shop when you walk in. Everything hung by colour. Looks fabulous. Staff very polite too

Good variety of items. Hit and miss from time to time. Always worth a browse when I'm in the area. Had to unfortunately return some items. I was pleasantly attended by a lovely lady today named Lucy, who was very friendly, understanding and made that extra effort that I would feel bad if I didn't write this review.

For many years I was bringing the almost new, new items with tags, books and everything else. Always lots of bags. Staff so unfriendly that even never helped me with all this items just was looking how difficult with all this bags come to the shop and open the doors. But yesterday 17/6/2024 I had terrible attitude from the young man. I bring items before shop open, first he and the lady ignored me. After he open the door just because he was near the door and told me leave the items on the ground. And closed the door. This attitude is disrespectful and unprofessional. You bringing them items and helping them to sell it and make a profit and they so disrespect people who doing all this donation to them. I always see my items on they window but yesterday was the last time I bring anything to them.

Nice charity shop in the city centre. It has 2 floors and has a nice selection of clothing, accessories, books, home decor and more. I got myself a jigsaw puzzle and a little wooden dish. It's always fun to browse and looks for hidden treasures!

The store was nicely organised to make browsing convenient and pleasing to the eye. They seemed to have a nice selection of clothes and accessories at a reasonable price, I didn’t see anything for more than £5. However it would have been a lot better if the children’s and babies things were on the ground floor as there was no way of taking the pram up the large number of stairs to the second floor which was very disappointing.

Stock doesn't change and the prices are a bit high. Staff ok but the manager wasn't particularly helpful

A very light and airy shop, it's a bit pricey for a charity shop but being in the city centre you expect that, love the selection on offer and love the layout
