    Boots what can I say you lost a sale this afternoon. Went in store today bout 4ish. I was looking to buy some perfume. The young lass was sat at a desk not sure what she was doing but clearly not wantingto help . She made eye contact then opened a door thought she was coming to help but walked away out the back. Very rude The perfume was £135. Very sad but you can see why shops are closing with the lack of customer service skills

    Can't get rid of star. No stars are due as been twice during "opening" hours and always closed. Other Boots in Newark have no contact lens wetting solution. Abysmal service from the UK's supposed no.1 pharmacy.

    During covid I needed some hair care products for my better half. I did not know where I was going so google maps helped. In the store I had no idea where I was going but a lovely lady showed me where to go. Very helpful staff and service.

    Wide range of frames to suit all requirements. Very friendly and helpful staff. Where possible staff will make adjustments and repair accidental problems on the spot. Well recommended

    Boots opticians is an excellent place to go and pick up a prescription or get contacts, the staff are helpful, and always give a clear understanding of what is different or changing in your eyes. My glasses have a UV tint, that means I always have a pair of sunglasses built into my regular prescription. My experience is bias as I've only ever been to boots, but I've been going for the last 14 years (since getting my first glasses) so take it at face value.
