Staff look like they really don't want to be there. It was absolutely freezing in the Galactica, so put on plenty of warm clothes. Think we'll stick to Coleraine instead from now on
Never ever experienced such a worst screen and seating. They cropped the movie to fit in the screen that we needed to watch the actors half headed scenes in the screen on some areas. They forgot to put the lights off when the movie started and we went to the crew and want them to off the lights... And the seating, the screen is too high even from the back row of the seating. Please If you want to experience the full potential of the movie please do go to some other theatres. It's not worth watching here.
I was looking forward to going to see final destination last night with my friend’s. A request from staff for ID was made as the movie was 15 rated. We are over 15 and as proof my parents sent copies of our passports through WhatsApp but did not get an opportunity to show to staff as they locked us out in the rain and it been dark made us felling anxious as we had to wait for lifts. My experience of IMC in ROI was normally good and was disappointed by the poor customer service by staff and their lack of concern for 3 young girls locked out in the rain and dark. Would not recommend this cinema and you would have thought IMC would promote good customer care. There is an obvious lack of customer care training and health & safety as displayed by IMC staff which needs to be addressed by IMC Directors.
hi worst experience ever, we tried to get in and we got asked for id and gave it which they refused. Then we went outside to sort it out and then they locked us out and turned the front lights off leaving us in the rain. This all occurred on friday 23rd of may leaving absolutely stranded at night may i add.
Went to watch Scream 6....in the LUXX Cinema....very relaxing seats, lots of leg space... perfect
One person on the till on arrival, toilets filthy, nobody checking tickets, nobody doing much really. Pretty forgettable...
Very clean. Good food. And great customer service. They're very happy to help if you need it and all they ask is that you take your rubbish to the bin after the films over. Good signage. Great range of food and drink, though I wish they sold Medium drinks. Will definitely go again
Really enjoyed The movie: Black panther 2. Me and my partner went for a late night viewing the day after it was released and enjoyed every minute of the movie. Only downside of the cinema was when people got up to leave and it was constantly they block a decent proportion of the lower half of the screen. There really needs to be a lowered section to walk under. Seats were comfortable being electric recliners!
