   Went to get my tickets in the machine and the food. Got to the till to get the food and the girl that was serving me just handed me the food with no tickets saying I only purchased the food (pretty sure i know what i done and selected the seats and the food page came up only after). Went back to the machine and try to get the same seats, but for my surprise only the row behind the one i initially choose was available (each cost a whole difference of 10 pounds for seat even for my 3 years old child). Got into the movie and the seats I selected initially were free (wich I knew and try to say to the staff girl). So eat scam is this? 48 pounds for 2 adults and 2 kids one of them been 5 and the other 3 years for a animation movie?? Disappointed, its cheaper rent in the house apparently....

   So lucky to have this cinema nearby! Loads of parking, always clean, and the seats are super comfy. The screens are great too — no matter where you sit, you get a good view. Perfect spot for a movie night!

   Plenty of parking. Clean and compact. Quick ticket process. Different price tickets depending on seating is new to me and very like a well known airline! Girl at ticket admission very friendly. This was 530pm on 7.9.25. Recommend for quick ,hassle free experience. Can you not bring your own snacks in?

   Good Cinema experience, my 1st time here. Plenty of parking space. Easy retrieval for tickets using the click and pay kiosk. The prices for treats are very expensive although it's nice to have a choice of tortilla chips and dips or hot nuts. The seats are comfortable slightly reclining. The toilets were very clean. A bit unsure why they have different prices for choosing your seat in the cinema? Good experience and staff were helpful

   Wtc, was watching the new avazar r whatever u call it here tonight. Started off well, got in and got snacks quick enough, but once we arrived to the seats I was met with what seemed like a tropical heatwave coming from the fans, near felt like I was gonna melt for gods sake, would of been safer coming in a pair of shorts…might’ve left with a bit of a tan with that heat in there tonight. The seats were also a bit uncomfortable but that might of just been my bad back that was giving me grief, additionally the film wasn’t the greatest, I know it wasn’t the cinemas fault but would like to get my point out there. To finish on a high note the nacho’s were excellent along with the gallon sized bottle of fanta and coke I had bought, overall it was a good night out tho!

   It's great to have a cinema in Craigavon. It's central to most places. It's not cheap anymore but sometimes the cumbernauld out on a kids club and for certain films you really don't mind paying. There is a £9.99/month offer as well for any tickets which I'm considering subscribing to. Bags of sweets up to £3.60 which isn't ideal but I don't begrudge them needing to pay their staff. Staff are always polite and friendly and parking is plentiful. There are restaurants within 100 yards of the front doors.

   Watched Death on the Nile this evening with my sister and nephew. First time to this cinema and was quite impressed with the facility. Lots of parking space, great for someone with disability, buy tickets at a kiosk- all very accessable and user friendly. Prices were as to be expected quite dear and cinema snacks extortionate - £3.60 for small share bag of minstrels chocolate for example. Clean toilets, comfortable soft leather seats that reclined a little in screen rooms. Only irritating part was when there were dramatic pauses or silences in our film we could hear the music and banging from the film next door which took away from the experience of our film.
