Even if they don’t have something in stock, they will try their best to get it for you and as soon as possible. I will be recommending this shop to everyone thanks very much. I had a great afternoon they even give you a cup of tea and when does that ever happen in an average shop?

   Recently, I purchased some club kit and equipment from Mad Dog. It arrived in a timely manner, and all the customised kit, like the embroidery, looks great! Unfortunately, I had to return some shoes I'd bought from there due to a fault, but Stephen at MD gladly sorted this issue. He offered me an exchange and also took care of the returns process. Cheers, guys!

   Visited the shop today for the first time to get my son a cricket bat. What amazing staff everyone was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Great selection of cricket equipment too. First thing they did was measure my son’s height to get the correct bat size. My son was then introduced to the different types of bats. He wanted a GM Ben Stokes, he tried it out with a few shots and loved it. I got an adult bat too. We were also given a demonstration on the best way to oil and knock in the bat. Great shopping experience, thank you.

   Highly recommend this place. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. I went in yesterday with my two boys for some cricket equipment and as someone who works in a customer service retail environment myself I couldn’t help notice how good the service was in here. On entering we were quickly greeted and acknowledged with eye contact and a warm smile. As soon as the young lady was free after dealing with a customer she came over to us and asked how she could help. I mentioned what we needed and rather than just pointing to where the equipment was, she took us over and guided us through the product choices and gave great advice and opinions on the different options and prices. She was also very engaging with the boys, took and interest in their sports and made conversation and jokes. When it came to choosing a helmet I was really impressed that she said she wanted a second opinion from her father (the owner) as it was such a vital piece of equipment which would protect my sons head so it was important to get it right. The owner was also very very friendly, chatting to us as if he’d known us for years and again, gave really great advice and tried to help with cost saving options too. Overall a great customer experience. I will definitely be using the store for all future purchases. Well done!

   Mad Dog were absolutely brilliant printing my son's France shirt for Christmas. They went above and beyond to research the correct print colour for the shirt and rang me to check which colour we wanted. The price was amazing too. Thanks Mad Dog for great service, at such a busy time of year too.
