Not to bad if you want a cheap place to stayover rooms clean warm service station quality room was pretty quiet considering it's on a roundabout. Not the hotels problem but the room above me was noisy early morning you can hear as the rooms nearby don't walls are quite thin I think

Needs upgrade, but for one night perfect. Was clean, good temperature in the room. Our room TV wasn't on the wall facing bed, but on the table. That was bit uncomfortable but nothing major. My daughters room TV was facing directly bed.

My wife and I and our 1 year old Staffie stayed for one night, I chose the room on the booking app and to be honest it worked out just right. We arrived later than expected and ordered a burger king meal, would of preferred a Chinese though. I'm disabled so not sure what the room offered but on entering the room we found that the bathroom was equipped with disability aids to help getting into the bath, off the toilet and grab rails on the wall, very impressed that they have thought of those who have extra needs to help them. The main room was a good size and the bed unlike others was not as high to get on and off of. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly even with the puppy. The only downside was people walking up and down the corridor at stupid O'clock in the morning laughing and banging which set the puppy off barking and growling at the door. Plenty of parking spaces and a quiet area.

It's a simple hotel but at the moment there's a large amount of homeless people living there, and it seems to be(my experience) that many have drug/alcohol issues. Travelodge need to look at the needs of the paying guests more and realise that we, the preaching public demand more privacy and hotel treatment.....

We've just come back from 3 nights at this Travelodge. The room was very clean and the fan had been switched on to cool the room which was a nice touch. We enjoyed comfortable quiet nights sleep. Gary on reception was lovely and very welcoming.

I have stayed in a few travelodge hotels and would congratulate the staff here as it is one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The room was a funny triangular shape but plenty of room. Shower/bath worked as they should, heating was more than enough. Something often found is a kettle full of limescale but not here it was like new. Yes its all a bit dated but still very good, not everything in life needs to be new, infact this is much better than the "new" one at Bristol which was terrible.

We just enjoyed a lovely stay for a family wedding. Rooms were excellent and couldn’t be faulted. Couldn’t thank them enough when we realised my daughter had left her favourite teddy bear behind which she can’t sleep without and they are going to forward it back to us. Thanks very much we would definitely stay again

We come here a few times a year. Last few times Derek has been very helpful. Would recommend this Travelodge. Note it is an old style Travelodge, but it's still clean and the location is great for what I do here.

I paid £30 for the room and was pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly, they accept dogs, there's a large car park outside the hotel with easy access to Plymouth, the rest of Cornwall, and lots of restaurants are nearby. My only criticism is that there was no body wash in the dispenser, so perhaps bring your own toiletries. Everything else was to a good standard.

Location was ideal for our requirement. Service wise not disappointed but just the place looked short staffed and thus affected the "timing" of service received. Hence a 3 star. When received it was polite and efficient by the way. May be I am being a little harsh with the rating. Room looked a little tired but everything was readily available and staff (when "visible") were more than happy to provide/replace requisite items. Many thanks.
