We didn’t stay at the inn, but we came for dinner and breakfast on two separate days. Service was absolutely amazing. All staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was top tier, not a single complaint. We had the Mixed Olives and Crab Cake as our starters, and for our mains we had the Korean Chicken Burger and the Cornish Cole. For dessert we had the Sticky Toffee pudding and the Apple Crumble. Mel, our waitress, was so polite and friendly and gave us ample recommendations. Special shoutout to Kristal as well, who was on her first shift yesterday. The following morning we returned for breakfast, and had a vegetarian English Breakfast as well as a Salmon toasted muffin with scrambled eggs. We also ordered a portion of the strawberry pancakes, which were absolutely delicious. Emily, our waitress for breakfast was amazing and super friendly, as well as Kerri Ann who cheerfully greeted us and took us to a lovely table overlooking the sea. See you in the summer again! With love, Adam and Baovy

What a great place to stay right by the beach. Easy parking too with plenty of spaces. Lovely staff that are polite and knowledgeable on the menus, beers and surrounding area. Rooms are good and warm with partial sea view. Loads of seating inside and out with perfect sea views. Looking forward to coming back again in the New Year.

Stunning location, the friendliest welcome (all the staff were lovely) fantastic food, very dog friendly and all on a beautiful beach with fantastic views. We only stayed one night and found it hard to leave! Highly recommend Inn On The Shore.

Amazing venue and service for my Mum’s 80th birthday celebration. I booked the Inn on the Shore for 25 of us. I just want to say thank you to all the front of house staff last night but especially to Benjamin who looked after us all superbly. Nothing was too much trouble and I am grateful for the contribution he made to making our evening so special. The views and the food was amazing. Thank you to the team at Inn on the Shore.

Had a quick lunch stop after walking along the beach. It’s in a perfect spot with beautiful views. The service was super friendly and the food was great. We had fish and chips, with a drink each and it came to less than £30! Definitely can’t complain and would recommend if you are in the area.

Excellently located pub with a massive vista of beach and sea whilst enjoying the food and drink. The meals we ordered were delicious and well priced which were served with a smile from the excellent staff. It is well worth a visit. Dog friendly pub with a large car park.

Xmas Eve 2022. Pre pandemic my family always booked Xmas Eve lunch here which has always been a positive experience. However today was a very different story! We are a family of 5 looking forward to our annual Xmas Eve lunch and a walk on the beach. Firstly we ordered 2 share platters but portion size was very small (not a share size) and took 50 minutes to arrive. Mains Fish and chips (batter very soggy). Aubergine ( Portion size very small at their price point. Beef and Ale Pie (not home cooked and below average) I did request chips instead of mash however still received mash out of a packet! Double Burger (1/2 the size of McDonald's and fries not as described. The main took 90 minutes to arrive. Drinks from the bar took 30 minutes to arrive. The place was not that busy....I noticed one couple gave up and walked out...If you are opening Xmas ensure you have enough staff or a least declare to customers the issue! Over £100.00 not well spent. We planned on ordering a dessert but could not afford any further delays.

This used to be my local many years ago. Went in for a quick meal and a drink one evening. Lovely attentive staff, especially the land lady!! Good food, good value and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in the cottage next door so popped in a few times. We didn't have chance to eat but the menu looks lovely. Staff were really friendly, gave our dogs a few little treats. Great pub with fantastic views.

Visited with my wife and dog on a Friday evening In late September, we had a drink on the balcony overlooking the sea and then went inside to eat. We had booked a table in advance and were pleased we had as most tables were booked. The food was good pub grub and the service was prompt and very friendly. We are looking forward to visiting again.
