   This apartment is exceptionally well appointed and very central for city centre, ferry and all attractions. It is like a home from home. A lot of thought and effort has gone into making this apartment comfortable and it has all the amenities you could wish for. The beds and sofas are very comfortable so we slept very well. The area was clean and very quiet so perfect for relaxing. The balcony has a lovely view of one harbour and the ferry port. There are shops, a pharmacy, cafes and pubs all within a 5 minute stroll. I would recommend this apartment and Habita to anyone looking to stay in the area.

   Arrived to your property in Plymouth and made our way to your secure parking area around the rear. Best to park reversed as the area outside is busy. Found the key-box and accessed the property up the metal stairs without any issues. Well what can i say, absolutely beautiful. The apartment is spotless and decorated to a 5star standard. With a small coffee tray for arrival. Everything you need for the kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine. Fridge freezer and cooker/hob The kingsize bed was made up beautifully with plenty of pillows and a lovely hanging rail for clothes. The sofa bed had everything neatly tucked away ready and available. Bathroom was spotless and amenities available with fresh towels. The view from the apartment which outside the front door is path level and of the ferry port and close enough if you are wanting to stay for your journey to France. This area is quiet for Plymouth The city of Plymouth is about 20 mins walking but there are shops close by for filling the cupboards and fridge. The Hosts of this property have been lovely. Always on hand if you need anything. Just a message away I will definitely recommend this property

   We had a lovely time at your property from 30th Dec 2021 until 2nd Jan 2022. We booked this for a short break to get together with family and friends that we have not been able to see for a while - it has been like a home away from home. The house is overall a good standard and was very comfortable! All the little extras like the soap and shower items, along with tea, coffee and cleaning materials was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the en-suites in 2 of the rooms are of a good size, will decent showers in all bathrooms. The location is good, able to walk down the main high street for food, drinks and anything we needed. We also walked for about 25 mins down to the leisure park and went bowling and to the aquarium, all of which is worth a visit. The booking process was very easy and instructions clear, accessed the key easily and the information pack put together was very comprehensive about what we could find locally and we found this really useful. It would be good to have some instructions for how to open the blind in the front room as we managed to close this but had to leave closed throughout as didn’t want to break it (has some cover over the string to open and close it). It’s is clear a lot of effort has been put into the refurbishment of the property and has been done to a good standard. I received communication whilst we were there too to check we were ok and that was good to know someone was there if we needed. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and giving us the chance of celebrating a new year with family and friends.
