Good central location, which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. The apartment was not as described — electrical safety concerns, poor cleanliness, and very dated communal areas. It felt more like a property awaiting refurbishment than the ‘beautifully refurbished’ flat advertised
We stayed here as a family. The place was clean and a perfect location for visiting Dartmouth. Enjoyable stay and would recommend highly.
We had a very enjoyable stay ,it was without doubt a well presented apartment, clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen of appliances. It was a bonus to have a parking space but it was just down the road to the harbour so it was easy to walk. The owner has made the apartment very comfortable and I will be happy to visit again.
An excellent self catering apartment ideal for a family weekend away! We loved the location and setting, great to have your own car parking space too! There is now an adjoining apartment called Nancie’s Place which means you can have up to 14 people, there is even an adjoining doorway! We had a very enjoyable weekend there and we will visit again!!
Lovely apartment in a great location well kitted out with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The parking space a bonus in busy Dartmouth. Very friendly owner always at the other end of the phone happy to help. Would recommend and would stay again.
This apartment is really well located, right in the heart of Dartmouth with everything on your doorstep. It is very clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly helpful right from the very first contact. Everything was made easy and he gave lots of information on local amenities and the surrounding area. The parking space is an absolute bonus in Dartmouth. I would really recommend staying here, whether for a short break or a longer holiday, and i will definitely return.

With plenty of great places to eat nearby as well as local attractions it is a great get away for a summer or winter break.
