   One of the smaller poundlands but has everything you need. It's always well stocked. Staff are friendly. Ideal for a quick visit and you dont want to spend too much

   Visited this place Sunday the 3rd of September.felt very uncomfortable due to the fact the security guard was watching me an my family around every isle we went down.its totally wrong to harass customers with filthy looks everytime you pick a item up this guy needs to learn manners an be abit more discreet otherwise poundland will drive there customers away.we generally spend around £30 near enough every week I shall not be returning until you sort your security out and get someone that's more customer friendly

   Where do I start! Only visited this one today. Never been there before and never will I return. 1) Security made me feel SO uncomfortable and awkward. My 4 year old daughter was in a Halloween costume (yes I know it’s august lol) and was just looking at some character toothbrushes on the shelf. Next thing you know, the security guy literally comes power walking around the aisle and watching her every move. We then went down another aisle and he even followed us down there, again, keeping an eye on her. She’s FOUR years old! She’s not there to steal from bloody Poundland! 2) Picked up a lovely Apple Watch strap from there. Took it to the self checkout to find it wouldn’t scan on. Lady called “Jen” (I think it was) took the item from me and tried it on another till. Again. Same issue. She then, quite abruptly, told me I couldn’t buy this as it’s not been scanned onto the stock. No apologies, nothing. Then proceeds to mutter “oh great, more things I’m now going to have to take off”. This is so unprofessional. If you don’t want to work there, then don’t. You’re meant to work as a face for your company but then are complaining about having to do things?? Also, why are you putting things out for sale if you can’t actually sell them? 3) My mom picked up three paracetamol under the “three for £1 offer”. Took them to the till and to find out this offer is no longer available on this product. My mom simply questioned why as it stated it was on the shelf that the offer was available. Was rudely answered back with “that offer is only on the ibruprofen, so you’ve probably got mixed up”. My mom argued the case when “Jen” piped up again. She went and “checked” the shelf and funnily enough, the offer wasn’t on there at all. Completely contradicted herself. One minute was saying the offer was there but on ibruprofen only and then the next minute, there’s no offers at all. Which one is it? My mom obviously got a bit frustrated with all this as she felt she was being patronised. She didn’t have a problem with paying the extra 50p but didn’t appreciate how she was spoken to and made to feel. After Jen had gone and checked the shelf, the other lady that served my mom was very rude. Said “do you want these or what?” in a vile tone. I honestly cannot believe the service we have received today. My usual Poundland is the one in Tipton and the staff there are absolutely amazing! Bilston, however, is the total opposite. This will also be logged to head office tomorrow.

   After doing all my Xmas shopping. I poppped into Poundland to get Something random for Xmas eve. Boxes for my daughters and boyfriend. I noticed. Mini selection boxes. And thought. I’d take a look I heard someone behind me. Abruptly with a sharp tone day EXCUSE ME and I didn’t hear she said again. In the same tone and I turned and said. do you mean excuse me please She. Barged through and said. Excuse me please fffffuksake omg. I said. Are you staff. Think you better get u manager she said no I’m the supervisor. Haven’t had chance due to Xmas to report. But how foul is she. Surpervisor. Jesus Christ disgusting there were. Customers in shop who stopped and heard all word for word she should be sacked. For that I work in busy industry with patient and never once I swear at them
