   Absolutely unacceptable experience!!  I ordered the “Harmonious” arrangement, and what was delivered was completely different—wrong flowers, wrong colors, wrong style. There was no resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised. This is not a substitution issue; it is outright misrepresentation. The florist later admitted to limited flower availability but failed to communicate this before delivery or seek approval for an alternative. Instead, they chose to send whatever they wanted and call it acceptable. Making the bouquet “bigger” or changing the packaging does not excuse delivering the wrong product. To make matters worse, they refused any refund, hiding behind a four-day response delay—despite being informed that the delay was due to a serious family medical emergency. That excuse has nothing to do with the fact that the wrong arrangement was sent. This was our first time using this florist, and it will absolutely be the last. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you are willing to receive something entirely different from what you order and be denied accountability afterward.    absolutely disgusted by the customer service! i ordered a bouquet of flowers for my moms wedding anniversary (ordered the first picture as shown on the website) and second picture is what I received. In the description it stated roses, lilies etc and comes in a white gift bag. I did not receive any flower in my bouquet which was on the description as well as it turning up in a PURPLE aqua box. I messaged Sam about this to which she opened my message and ignored me until i called the store and explained. She then replied to me saying she been busy etc etc ?? not good customer service to ignore a message, if you don’t have time to reply then don’t open the message full stop. She offered a half price discount for next time! I told her I won’t be ordering from her again as I was disappointed with the fact that they look NOTHING like what I ordered so she then said she will offer a partial refund if I send over my details. I sent over my details and she has opened the message yet again and not sent over money she said she would refund! Don’t say you’ll do something if you then don’t. Not to mention there was no communication from her before the flowers arrived saying that she “didn’t have the right flowers in stock”. All it would of took was a couple mins to message and explain this beforehand and I would of went elsewhere but no communication or customer service at all.

   I was sold the last box of roses on valentines day and after 4 days they started drooping and are now dead. I remember when I picked them up, they looked very sad and dark in colour atound the edges but after some reassurance from the lady that these will likely last for weeks and weeks I paid her £30 and went on my way. I won't be using you again. And feel I've been ripped off for the sadest bunch of roses nobody else wanted. You need to think how you would feel if you were given12 red roses that were half dead on valentines day........

   Sam Russell's flowers are amazing nothings to much hard work for her,she puts 100% into all the flowers we had,I had a caravan made for my uncles funeral and that was amazing everyone commented on it,will be back soon Sam,thanks for your beautifull flowers xx
