   You would think after being such a loyal customer for over 15 years one would think they would like to know why you're leaving and settling your contract earlier then expected instead of just being so rude and giving you your leaving code to go over to some ones else rude staff member at this plymouth store and can never to get through to any one for the past year that speaks any good English to deal with the problems ive been having have attempted to come into this store a couple of times to speak to someone but have been ignored and looked at like a piece of dirt .

   Thought it was a positive visit .the lady can't remember her name but had green black hair was so helpful or so I thought. Went in to upgrade no problem paid off my bill paid £10 upfront, she said phone was in stock be delivered within 2weeks ok not ideal but could cope with that .When it's then not here I get in touch with 02 only to say it was out of stock and now have to wait for up to another 4 weeks.They preceded to say it wasn't in stock when I ordered so thank you Plymouth 02 for nothing I would have picked another phone if I knew the truth

   Be great if they answered their phone as every day I’ve been calling them to get an update on my phone and despite 3 trips to store I’m greeted personally by unhelpful staff. How the stores runs begs belief. Many thanks to Rebecca today for her totally lame and poor understanding to customers and her attitude because I dared to question my unhappiness in person on why you don’t answer the phone. You should understand empathy and how you treat customers with mental health. Not laugh and point fingers at them but try to turn it around.
