   Last night I bought three drink at the shop. The coconut jelly topping was almost finished. The first drink was fine, but the second and third clearly had much less. I had bought drinks from this store before, and the drink was not cold enough, so this time I specifically requested extra ice. I politely raised the issue of the uneven coconut jelly with one staff member, but he insisted “it’s already inside” and refused to add more. I then explained the situation to another male staff member. When he asked his colleague to add the topping, the first staff member still argued, saying “there is already some inside.” Although the topping was eventually added by another colleague, the entire process involved unnecessary arguing. The issue is not the topping itself, but the staff’s attitude and unwillingness to listen to and address reasonable customer concerns. Overall, the service experience was very disappointing. For drinks of the same price, it is unreasonable to provide noticeably different amounts of toppings.

   the milk tea here tastes sour and the tapioca sticks together into a big clump. usually theres unidentifiable little bits and pieces in the drink too which is so offputting. out of all the bubble tea ive had, this is by far the most disgusting. the tea comes with a layer of water ontop where it has seperated with the tea and it is already pre mixed making it a foul mud colour, rather than a milky tea consistency

   Bought dirty milk tea. Took it home but when i drunk it no tapioca on the drink. The tapioca is the heart of the drink. Would put no star.

   Love this place. The employees are always very bright and cooperative, there is a wide variety to choose from and they even have special teas for events (I always enjoy when they include sparkles in their special teas). Coming here is the highlight of my day!

   came here since it was a little stall, so happy to see it has been upgraded into a building as was obviously needed by the popularity and long line. always worth and reasonably priced, even though it was super busy got my tea within a couple of minutes

   This is a review from my daughter as I don't drink it but she does. She absolutely loves it, and wants to go there every time we are in town. She loves all the different flavours, and always has a large one with tapioca. Definitely a thumbs up from her.

   My go to place for Bubble tea in Plymouth. So many flavours and variations. They have a wide range of flavours where you can choose your drink to be either hot or cold. They also have different types of bases and bubbles. Whenever I am tired after a long walk in the city or exhausted during a shopping spree I always treat myself to one of these yummies! Always a great mood fixer.

   Took my youngest niece in there today 09/11/22. She has an egg and nut allergy. The team could not have done more to ensure that she could enjoy a drink. They got the folder out and checked for allergies . Let me check it when I asked and also did a separate lid (non sealed) to ensure no contamination . Brilliant staff. Well done!!

   Quite nice bubble tea stand amongst many shops in Drake Circus. I had a blueberry bubble tea (vegan) with tapioca pearls. Be prepared to wait in a queue for a little while, the stand is quite small but very popular.
