   I went to Kingsbridge Quay Pharmacy the week before Christmas with a large swelling on the back of my hand. They couldn't have been more helpful. They took me to a side room and thoroughly examined my hand. They then prescribed antibiotics which cleared it up in 4 days. I had previously asked Modbury pharmacy to look at it, which they wouldn't and merely told me to go to the hospital. Well done Quay pharmacy! Modbury pharmacy could learn a lot from your excellent service.

   The woman who was there this morning 30.06.21 was very Unpleasant and not a very nice lady at all asked if I could pick up my Prescription, she said no and I asked when I could pick it up she shut the shop door in my face, so I left it untill later to ring them to find out when i could pick my prescription, which happened to be the same lady who then told me the Pharmacist was late this morning, I asked if I could collect in the morning and I got told that she doesn't know if the Pharmacist would be there as she can't see into the future , which I replied now that good customer service, really bad Attitude She should not be working with the public, I do have to say the other staff what work there are great, Pleasant
