   Very poor experience here unfortunately. My other half enquired about insect bite treatment/assessment and was met by the 'qualified pharmacist'. A guy came out, took one look up and down, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Totally uncaring, zero effort or care given to her, more interested in hiding out the back speaking in hushed tones with two other members of staff. Totally unprofessional, un helpful and with no empathy for someone who was clearly in pain and struggling to deal with the issue she had. We had better help and advice given from the health food store and were actually told that the pharmacist had a prior history with giving little to no advice to people when it was needed.. Avoid and go to Boots instead much more caring and professional service.

   Needed to use this pharmacy whilst away on holiday. My Dad became unwell and spoke to his GP and used this pharmacy to collect prescription. Initially there were some problems with getting the prescription over to the pharmacy. Help and support from staff here to get the medication organised. Really helpful and friendly staff. Customer service 10/10. Just like how it should be. Thank you to the staff at Looe Pharmacy made a difficult situation alot easier to deal with.

   Superb pharmacist, best I have ever come across. He is so helpful and the knowledge given was far more detailed than what was conveyed by the GP. He will come straight out from the back upon request to help customers and really listens so he can provide the best advice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for help.

   Very helpfull managed to sort out my problem when I forgot my tablets when I was on holiday Sorted out in 15 mins just sign a form and rhe pharmersist did the rest would recommend using this Pharmacy instead of Boots as they weren't very helpful at all

   Outstanding and well informed staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble, whenever I enquire about my prescription or collecting for others, in these difficult times.. An excellent fast and reliable service. They even tolerate me turning up in my motorcycle leathers.! :)
