Very poor.very rude when spoken too no emphathy when you lose a family member. Would not recommend these solicitors to anyone.please do not use go else where
Jayne (and Holly) represented us at Family court for an emergency hearing and both were fantastic. Jayne helped us to get focused on the core matters, and was very honest about what the courts would take into consideration. Holly was a great help locating information for us. Even after the hearing communication continued providing us with the outcomes in writing, which was needed as emotions were heightened on the day. Thank you to all the team at Bryan & Armstrong.
Absolutely awful! Although acting for their client and not us, our interactions give me cause to warn others who are thinking of using them. The solicitor sends over incorrect information such as dates and times. The woman we have dealt with puts words into our mouths, has little humility when dealing with others and is generally unpleasant. I would not want to have someone like that representing me. They try to make things as difficult as possible. I would not recommend this company, they do not seem interested in what is at the heart of the case. Humility, empathy and manners go a long way. I will be putting further complaints in to where I can as I doubt the woman’s professional conduct, knowing she has lied, talking to us in a rude manner and suggesting she has information which she does not. Before the company come back and say that they will act in the best interests of their own client I would love to point out that they act as an officer of the court and should have the best interests of the child involved as the foremost important factor. You can also be polite to others as a courtesy, bearing in mind how you talk to people and this then has an affect on them, their mental and physical health. Do better Jayne.
Absolutely fine with me. I'm going through a divorce and there's a lot to sort out. I've got FND functional neurological disorder so my symptoms are that I fall over a lot and my speech and writing is affected. They were very kind to me and help me everything

Just used Brian and Armstrong to do the conveyancing on a property we have purchased and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Our conveyancer was Helen and she was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional, it was a complicated purchase and without her help and the help of her team I don't think the purchase would have completed . If I could leave a zero star rating then I would. Managed to make a very very simple house sale with no chain into a protracted affair with a downwards chain even though they were explicitly told multiple times not to. Communication was appalling, emails were ignored, phone calls were bounced around with incorrect information relayed back (probably unintentionally, but still not acceptable). Imagine only confirming a house sale the day before it's due to complete? It's a good job that I didn't have to organise a removals company or removals van. Disgraceful. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. You get what you pay for. P.S. These issues WERE raised with my solicitors and I know they were shared with you as I was blind copied multiple times. I was in close contact with my purchasers who also shared these concerns.
