Would never use them if they were the last solicitors in the world! You do more running after these people than Usain bolt! Am I missing something here, aren't I the one paying you lot to sort my conveyancing? I’ve had to ring you up endless times to check on the process on the sale and purchase, you’ve had me filling in forms that I had already filled in before UNBELIEVABLE! You should employ me with all the work I’ve done for you lot. Don’t get me started on the staff JESUS! When I went into the office one of the staff raised their eyebrows at a fellow colleague as soon as I entered the office, as I had been down multiple times to get updates and to tell them to hurry up with the conveyancing, extremely disgusting behaviour. Fortunately some are nice, a woman named Laura she was very helpful.
I have rated this firm 5 stars as I received excellent service from everyone I had contact with either on the phone, by email or on visits to the office. It was a seamless service and I was advised at all stages what was happening. I would be happy to recommend Hopkins to anyone requiring a solicitor
Very impressed with the Mansfield office. We use them for a sale and purchase. They were super quick with their responses and got back to us with any queries we had. Having been in a state agency, I conducted my own sale and the solicitors worked with me to help keep the chain moving. I could not recommend them enough and I will be using them again in future.
Not recommend. They did the conveyancing for a house we were buying. We had to chase them up constantly and the receptionist (possibly someone called Cara?) was extremely rude when we had the temerity to ask her to please explain various things that we didn't understand to do with the purchasing process (their comms are terrible in general). There were several errors in their paperwork, sometimes caused by sloppy copying and pasting. But the worst thing was we ended up getting a fine because they didn't submit the Land Registry paperwork correctly. Hopkins agreed to pay for this in the end but weren't remotely apologetic despite the stress and aggravation this caused. Totally incompetent, with the exception of one person (possibly called Zara i think) who briefly worked on our case and at least seemed friendly, responsive and hard working.
