   I cannot recommend Paige highly enough. As a young woman who has never been in trouble before, the whole situation was extremely overwhelming for me — but Paige supported me through every single step with patience, care, and complete professionalism. She explained everything so clearly, always making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. Paige genuinely cared about me and my needs, not just the case itself. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, reassured, and confident throughout the entire process. Her dedication, knowledge, and calm approach made an incredibly stressful time so much easier to cope with. I truly could not have asked for a better solicitor. If anyone ever needs a criminal representative, I would 100% recommend Paige without hesitation. And if I ever need a solicitor again — fingers crossed I won’t — I would go straight back to her.    I used Phillips for conveyancing and had such a poor experience. Ultimately, I got my new build house but the journey along the way was a painful one! It took over 5 months to complete (not entirely Phillips' fault). The main issue was poor communication. I was very rarely kept up-to-date with progress, sometimes I didn't hear for over a month, emails often ignored - which as a first time buyer is especially frustrating. I was also given incorrect guidance once and sent down a path I didn't need to go down - thankfully I figured it out myself and found myself telling the "experts" what we should be doing. There were several errors in the forms - simple things like they had written the incorrect postcode on my contracts?! I was also given misleading timelines on several occasions, and told things had been submitted when they hadn't been. Eventually when I received my final statement, it included things I had already paid for so would've overpaid had I not spotted it! By the end, I had lost all trust in them. The staff were always really friendly and welcoming but I certainly wouldn't recommend them as a conveyancing solicitor. If you do use them, I'd suggest just being extra vigilant and not just expecting it to be all taken care of.
