   Overall, this is a great B&M store and we had a good shopping experience. There's a wide selection of products at good prices. However, the visit was soured by a frustrating experience at the checkout. My wife and I (both in our 30s) were purchasing an age-restricted item(whiskey), and the staff member asked for ID from both of us. I had my ID, but because my wife didn't have hers with her, the sale was denied. I understand the importance of checking IDs, but this policy feels illogical. What was stopping me from simply walking back in alone a minute later to buy it with my own ID? It just felt like an unnecessary hassle that spoiled an otherwise perfectly good shopping trip.

   Clean, good parking and with disabled parking nearby, staff were friendly nice selection of items but it did seem smaller and your normal B and M that I've been too, prices are the same across all of them as I'm fussy and I checked! :-)

   B&M Store with Garden Centre in Filton is getting better and better. The store is increasingly well-stocked, looks nicer, and is always clean and well-organized. We only popped in to buy a metal vegetable grater but ended up leaving satisfied with a few extra items in our hands.

   I visit your store in Abbey Wood many times always fine staff helpful and pleasant . Shop is well maintained and clean and tidy . BUT l find the store always so cold l feel sorry for the staff who have to work in those conditions. I would have lingered longer but was so cold . Please do something with your heating for the sake of your staff at least.

   Nice and big. Things aren't that easy to find. Not a lot of staff around to ask. Just have to find your own way around. Nevertheless B&M is a good store to shop.
