   I stopped by this branch the other day and I have to say the staff are truly exceptional. A special thanks to Eva and Em (pictured) for their friendliness and helpfulness. The shop features a wonderful selection of beautiful clothing, including pre-loved items. The space is roomy and spotless, with accessibility for wheelchairs and a dog-friendly atmosphere.

   As a committed Lucy and Yak customer I was quite disappointed with my visit today. Nobody had ever heard of the Borg hats and looked at me like I was crazy ?    Came to find colorful and size inclusive clothing and this was the perfect place to!! Eliot and Liz were very helpful and welcoming and I ended up with 8 pieces of clothing ! They were having a sale and do discounted resale of returned clothes, so it’s worth having a peek inside !

   One of my favourite places to shop, the sales assistants in here are always super friendly and happy to help. Was shopping here yesterday and the Store Manager, Abbie, couldn't have been more lovely. After going out of her way to find different sizes in items that I wanted to try on, she then spent time on a busy Saturday sorting an issue with my credit note, so that I was able to spend it on some gorgeous new dungarees! I always leave with a smile having had a great experience, big thanks to the lovely Lucy and Yak team!

   I am a big fan of Lucy and yak and am so happy to see a permanent shop in Bristol and on my door step. Been a few times. So bright you can't miss it and a great atmosphere. Everyone has been so helpful if I haven't seen my size in something the lovely people have searched it out for me. Big thank you to Bethany, Abbie and Cery. Who made my youngest feel comfortable (they hate any form of shopping).

   Fantastic, I was given personal service by Chloe, she couldn’t have done more for me. She got me lots to try , suggested things I might like and gave me as much time as I needed ; she even introduced me to Yogi the shop dog. I’ve never smiled so much. My husband and I lost power of our mobiles and they even allowed us to borrow their charger so we could get home. I am blown away by the atmosphere and obvious love that these staff share for this beautiful brand. Cannot wait to come back very soon. Love my new clothes by the way Thank you Lucy &Yak Bristol.

   I'm a big fan of the brand and was so excited when I heard a shop in Bristol was opening the same weekend I was visiting the city. However, I was very disappointed as I could not find my size at all. Maybe they sold out as I came two days after opening but still. In all range of trousers, me and my friend could not see sizes above 26 or it was rare. Would you be able to arrange this in the future?
