   We had a fantastic experience at Groovy Baby when purchasing my daughter’s car seat (Avionaut Stardust) George who helped us was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we left with a great purchase we felt confident about. They were also incredibly accommodating to my daughter, letting her play with the weight tester baby and making her feel comfortable and welcome throughout the visit. It made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend Groovy Baby for both their service and care!

   After welcoming our first baby in 2024 and on the way with our second in 2026, groovystyle has been the go to choice! As first time parents, the team were energetic engaging as answered all of our questions without issue. It really made us feel as first time parents relaxed in the process. Buying baby things are a bit of a minefield but it was may easy and quick. There was no hard selling and we was advised what we need and what we don’t. We went in with a list of things and came out with the essentials and stuff we would actually use. The second time around, we wanted to buy a whole new travel set. Instead George advised we could upgrade our current buggy set to a two seater for a 1/10 the price of a new one. We are forever grateful how much money you guys have saved us and how easy the process is. We will definitely be back in the future if we have a third.

   My partner and I scheduled an early morning Saturday appointment with Groovystyle Baby Equipment and rocked up late, tired and curious as to what wonders could be inside such a small entrance. We were greeted by Sam with a huge smile, soothed that our lateness was just fine and then we were happily surprised with all the kit that we saw as we took the steps down! Sam asked us what we were looking for and a little bit about us. She then got out all relevant equipment and gear, allowing us to ask never-ending questions while playing with everything. She was calm, collected, knowledgable and understanding. It really was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend a visit, and especially an appointment visit if you want time just to yourself with a member of staff. We bought a great set of gear under a travel system discount (of some kind - which was a pleasant surprise) and picked everything up a week later. When we picked everything up another member helped us to install our new carseat and also answered questions. I really was pleased with the experience from booking to buying to collecting. Thank you!

   Came across this store by chance after having a very unfortunate experience with our travel system (bought elsewhere). They gave excellent advice, answered all of my questions and even price matched for me. Since then, I have gone back there for a compact pushchair and our next car seat. They are so honest, sometimes talking me out of buying things that I don't need or that won't suit my needs. I've recommended to all my friends.
