Had to post a review due to my recent experiences with Ellis-Fermor & Negus. Whilst rearranging my title deeds, I made a silly mistake and had to cancel their services. Despite me wasting their time, I was still treated with professionalism and care. What better represents a business than how they treat you when you aren't paying them? I was really impressed with the way they handled my case, and would recommend them to anyone.

Helpful & professional. Good covid precautions - email & phone used a lot,just 1 in person visit needed (proof of ID needed physical presence to see I matched photo on passport etc. & documents verification) but even then I was able to wait outside, no need to enter the building
