   Bought an air rifle on a recent trip to Plymouth met Jamie great guy, great customer service and helpful. Unfortunately the rifle failed after a few shots (manufacturers fault) "however" when I rang up Peter was happy to replace with a new gun without hesitation and when I popped in Jamie was happy to help and gave me a new gun. Great guys happy to solve any issues and good prices i recommend them highly.

   Top guy, can seem a little laid back. But over the times I've been in there I can see the guy has to put up with a lot of tyer kickers... Have got 2 x gas cartridge hand guns and 1x rifle from them. PTT does have a better knife offering but I must have been in there 3 times and the guy seems quite grumpy. So just head back to petes...

   Today is the first time I have had dealings with this shop. I found them on line selling a rifle I was looking for specifically. Told them my special requirements and asked for a quote. Their price was equally good as larger outlets but the customer service I received easily swung me towards them, genuinely I have not felt such a positive experience buying something in a very long time. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

   Not the largest fishing shop in Plymouth by a fair stretch but almost always my first port of call - great service, friendly and knowledgeable with a surprising variety of stock for the size of the unit. Well worth a visit for beginners and old hands alike.
