Had a pivot bolt on my sb160e shear off during a bearing swap Chris at silverfish warranty was brilliant and sorted a new bolt for me same day !!!

I actually won a £100 voucher for this store, I only completed an online survey. It's the first time I've ever won anything, so I was really happy! Having a 2014 mondraker summum pro comes with so many problems time after time but whatever the problem is whenever i ask these guys they always deliver with a solution and fixes my issues everytime recently had a fox shock serviced after i poped into a bike shop near me after being told is was most likey shot and blown i sent it off to silverfish about 2 working days later it was on its way back fixed just needed a service problem sorted! I highly recommend going to these guys for any bike issues or purchases or servicing.
Had my shock serviced and back to me within the time frame on their website. But in my haste to fit back to the bike, I hadn't realised the body had been rotated (all the shocks can be rotated 360 degrees). Long story short I broke the air valve off by contacting it on the frame which blew the air sleeve down exposing the internals (Again my fault for not checking the orientation). Rang them up and was told to send it to them to be looked at. They had back to me freshly serviced and new parts fitted within 2-3 days on goodwill. Really impressed as it was my mistake, the guys at Fox/Silverfish did me huge favour. Safe to say I'll take more care fitting it this time around. I'll definitely be buying stuff and getting my shock and fork serviced through these guys again. Cheers Fox/Silverfish, appreciate it.
