I bought two bikes from Certini and are really pleased with the bikes and the service. Ros in particular from the Saltash branch was really helpful and responded to queries really quickly and efficiently. They got the bikes sent up to the new Stafford branch where I collected the bikes from. This was done quickly and at no extra cost, and again the staff here were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been a long term Specialized buyer so every time I need something, Certini is who I turn to. Robb and the crew at Saltash are the bench mark for customer service in the industry - it is never a problem to get anything, delivery is super fast but above all else when you deal with the crew at Certini you have a feeling of trust. A family run company and it shows. Don’t go anywhere else.

I bought my Demo Levo ’22 from Certini in Saltash last year and couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the service. The team there has been outstanding from day one , knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their repairs and servicing have always been quick and reliable, and what really sets them apart is how well they handle warranty work. Even after a year of owning the bike, they’ve continued to go above and beyond , when the freehub failed, they not only replaced it free of charge but also upgraded both the freehub and wheel. More recently, they even changed the motor under warranty without any hassle. Massive thanks to the whole team at Certini Saltash , highly recommended if you’re after great bikes, expert repairs, and top-tier customer service!

I got my new gravel bike through the cyclescheme with work and bought mine from Certini (saltash). The service was amazing when I rang to enquire about the cyclescheme and then also in follow up emails regarding additional parts I had ordered. They had missed a part of my order accidentally but sent it out within 2 days free of charge. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made it so easy. 5* company

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not pushy but on hand to help. Good range of bikes but not squashed in as in some bike shops, so you can see each bike properly. Good range of accessories. We've had both Carl and Gabriel deal with us and both highly recommended.

Great service. I ordered a Specialized bike part, which I could not find in the Netherlands or any other EU store. Although it was not possible to order on de website from outside the UK, this was no problem after I sent them an email with the request.

Really happy with the service provided. I mail ordered a Stumpjumper Expert which arrived within 2 days. I then had some issues with the fit of the saddle - nothing wrong with the saddle, it just didn’t work for me - and I had to go through 2 iterations to find one that worked. Certini were happy to swap it free of charge (I even ended up with a higher spec one) and Dave was extremely helpful, returned my calls immediately and sent replacements the same day.

Always look after me, nothing is too much trouble. Very knowledgeable. Plenty times they have sorted me out and troubleshooted for FREE. This is why I always go back for my service, repairs and mostly recently a bike fit. Great people! Ken (Scott Foil Etap)

Really cool bike shop, however didn't have a great experience. Myself and my partner went in looking for a bike pump initially. We bought 2 second hand bikes a couple years ago and we have a bike lock, however we moved house recently about 2 months ago and lost the keys to the bike lock. When having a look online most advice said go to your local bike shop and ask to get it removed. So I did ask, but as soon as I asked the questions if they could, I felt the person's attitude changed towards us, I can understand having a thought the bike might be stolen , but the lock is just tied around the bike and we don't have the tools to remove it by ourselves. I don't know what experience they have had in the past but I feel it is a pretty bold thing for a bike thief to come into a shop and ask them to remove the lock for them. The bikes are not great quality and not worth much but they are our bikes. I felt like this person started treating us like thieves of our own bikes when we made the simple mistake of loosing our keys, I'm by no means saying they were rude but I felt the whole attitude change and it made myself and my partner feel quite uncomfortable. If we were looking for new bikes we would probably go there but it's a shame we had this experience. We would have happily paid a fee to get the lock removed from the bike but we have now bought cable cutters online to try to do it ourselves as I wouldn't want to go in again and be treated as if we are criminals doing something dodgey.
