I've hired from Edge annually for over 5 years now, great service every time, either delivery or picking up from the shop (I prefer the latter as the Salty Dog Cafe nearby does great coffee and food).
Great bike shop with friendly and helpful staff. Suffered a breakdown and enjoyed great coffee whilst repairs were sorted - thanks to Joe!
Fast and helpful. Needed some warranty work done on my electric bike. Took it in Saturday, was asked when I needed it and I said I use it to commute. They prioritised it and had it back to me next day all issues resolved. Ideal
Had a awesome day riding the bowl at edge cycles, some really nice short snappy trails and something for all riders , if you don't want to tackle the jumps, drop offs, gaps there is chicken lines to them all , Joe the shop mechanic is a great trail guide and gives you good tips on what to watch out for , will definitely be riding there again and can't wait to see what they have planned for more trails and jumps. Adam was recommended to me by a friend as I was looking for an e-bike. He was really helpful and took me through the options, and even brought a bike over to my house to try. Excellent service - bike has been fantastic and great price. Would recommend.
