   Me and my family went to sports direct today. I left my 4 year old son (who is severely autistic, non verbal and ADHD) with his auntie, who is 22 year old, by the front of the shop so I could go and get some things without my son emptying the shelves or/and headbutting everything in sight. They went to sit on the seats, that have a soft cushion and a metal bottom (the seats where you sit and try shoes on). My son was stimming, which was tapping on the metal, making a little bit of noise. One of the workers on customer service, came over and said to his auntie "can you make him stop, it is annoying". His auntie did reply "I am trying my best, without him hurting himself or me, however he is autistic and non verbal" which she then glared at them both, and walked off. Making my son and his auntie feel uncomfortable, where they had to leave. It is shocking for this to happen, because now we have another shop we feel we can't go into, because of their lack of understanding special educational needs and disabilities.

   It's one of the bigger ones with Game and USC sections. Great selection of clothing and shoes for all occasions, lots of bargains if you have the time to wander around. Staff generally helpful.

   Great store. I like 100% cotton T-shirts and have bought many here. It’s worth trying the men’s clothing if you can’t find what you like in the women’s section because the men’s Ts are often unisex by colour. Thanks to the Plymouth store.

   The selection is generally very large, because this store has everything you can imagine. The only drawback with the football jerseys is that the selection of different sizes is very small, nothing over XL was available and even in size XL there were only a few jerseys. Otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars, because what you get here and the price is really great.

   Warning do not expect any customer service from Game situated within the sports direct store. My partner and myself were shouted at across the store by the young girl who stated she did not work for Sports direct! I don’t think she should work for Game either. Sad as I was looking to order a play station console from them. I have since managed to purchase this item else where from staff who have manners and treat their staff with dignity and respect. shame on you little girl!!!! Shame on you older man with glasses at the till shame on you both!

   I had to return a pair of shoes, and the female staff called a manageress, who banded together shouting and sneering abuse at me. I left the shop feeling like kicking a few stands over. Returned later on a different shift with other female staff, and it was fine. The guy who helped me choose was excellent. So as usual the nasty ones stick in your gut for a while.

   Huge thank to Aimee in the Plymouth store. I stupidly made an online order and realised I sent it to my old home address after I ordered it. I called the store and Aimee sorted it for me within minutes. Great customer service :-)

   Cheap tat of absolute rubbish quality and have it tear/break within a couple months. No wonder Sports Direct do not allow refunds. Shoddy quality stock and I will never return after my latest purchase of a bag tore after 6 weeks.
