Bought a big dinosaur for my grandsons birthday but it turned out to be faulty, returned it next day to Smyths who gave us great service and replaced it without question even assembled it for us so we could be sure it was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
When looking for a baby car seat, we were very fortunate to have Donna assist us. She was incredibly attentive and helped us choose the most suitable seat for a tricky car space. All other staff too were friendly and patient, highly recommend shopping here, we will definitely return many many times!
Got served by Ben today and he made our day! He let me take home a display item that he said would be thrown away regardless and was chatting to me about what I bought and making me and my family feel so welcome and laugh he was so lovely!! Whenever I’ve been here the staff are always so helpful and sweet
Awesome shop layout. Makes the kids faces light up with joy. Got everything you can imagine. Kelly was exceptionally helpful with a can do attitude made my experience much easier in the busy store. Free parking, could do with a few more parent and small child spaces but I guess it’s not their carpark.
There's a huge selection of toys and games here for all ages. The store is well laid out and it's really easy to find what you are looking for. There is free carparking and it's easy to access.
Store manager DAVE of Plymouth friary mill is very unprofessional very rude would give 0 stars possible went in for the pokemon ultimate premium chazziard box was first person there first person in the shop and at the till first yet refused to sell me the box after waiting hours for the shop to even open and phoning all weekend he picked and chose who he would sell the boxes to I’m certain he kept one for himself and also had gave some to his friends very mean and nasty when serving me even laughed in my face think Smyths would look into this and definitely find someone more professional to be a manager as I left the shop crying and feeling really upset
Depending on the time you go there itsbeither jammed packed or empty. Hardly any staff available to help. Even when you get someone how they stand while you look is like they got places to be giving you essence to buy what ever it is soon as your done they move as fast as they can to get away from you. Was not impressed. The shelves are fully stocked and prices about average. Will go again if I got no where to go to
