   AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. You may think this is just another “avoid” review it’s not. If you don’t want to end up with fungus growing on your nails, stay away from this place. After just two visit, all my nails developed fungal infections. I’ve attached two pictures to show you the damage this is real. And on all fingers. This clearly shows they are NOT following proper hygiene practices: • Tools are likely unsterilized • Workstations appear dirty • No proper hand or product hygiene Fungal infections are serious and spread easily when a salon does not follow strict cleaning procedures. This is a major health hazard and should not be ignored. This salon should be shut down. Do not risk your health by walking through their doors.

   Never again Got glue on my hand, then she used the nail drill to get it off which hurt. Wish I could get a refund because it looks nothing like the nails I wanted. Gem fell off three hours later. Top coat is peeling. I get my nails done every time (not from here) and not once has it peeled. I asked multiple times for SQUARE NAILS and I got round What I wanted vs what I received. Spent almost two hours and I hated it

   Got my nails done yesterday and this is what they look like today.. one has already come up and the polish on three others is moving like it's not cured underneath.. went back today to get them fixed and they were closed so had to go elsewhere

   Perfect and beautiful nails! (Blue nails done today, french tip with spooky boi was done last month - same place) This is my third time coming here - the staff spend a careful and decent amount of time on my nails and they usually all last around 6-8 weeks comfortably if i dont pick at them... This was my first time having designs done and i love themmm. If you wanted to get more complicated and time-consuming designs done then i dont think this is the place as i dont think they have certain equiptment/tools for it? Overall, they offer an amazing price for these, with student discount! Definitely recommend :)

   What I wanted vs what I got Terrible experience Not talented at all. Racist remarks The lady messed up my nails then blamed it on my skin tone and nail type. Ganged up on me with her coworker and were speaking in another language when I told them what was wrong. Would not provide managers name and contact details Robbed me of £40 and would only offer a £3 refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

   Hi I paid £23 by cash and Hailey was the best professional lady I have ever met for your nail painting. She is so friendly, competent. Shame I do not live in Nottingham. I recommend this place if you go to Nottingham Victoria shopping centre and I recommend Hailey

   DO NOT GO! I went to have my nails soaked off, they filed my skin off making my bleed. Offering no apology, the lady then refused to finish my nails because she ‘doesn’t like blood’, making another lady do it for her. They gave no discount due to the issue and even made me pay extra because I needed to pay by card.

   Avoid at all costs. My daughter had acrylic nails done and they did not last 1 week. They were clearly rushed and not fitted properly, and they must have thought they could get away with it because she is a child. When she went back 2 days later after 4 nails had popped off they wanted to charge her 3.40 per nail even though they charged her 35 pounds full adult price originally. When I took her in of course there was no issues with correcting them. All the original nails have literally popped clean off which I would not expect from acrylic nails. Absolute waste of money. Too rushed and not fitted properly. If you want long lasting nails that won't fall to pieces I would much more recommend unique nails opposite new look which is 5 min away. My daughter is also only 12 and no ID was asked for so I am surprised they did them in the first place. All they care about is getting as much money as they can from you with minimal quality given.

   There were only two members of staff on, for a very busy nail salon. I thought maybe other staff were on their lunch break. On walking in, I was left waiting at the reception desk with no intervention; there were women also waiting. After five minutes, I went up to the nail station and asked what time to come back. I would nip for a coffee. I do not think she understood me and ignored me. I asked again. "Come back in half an hour," so I did only to be waiting another three-quarters of an hour, along with another lady who was told the same. I was very annoyed and so was the other lady. There was no apology or consideration. I was completely blanked. Customer service is absolutely shocking!!!!!
