Don’t waste your time or money. The “host” is an absolute joke who takes your money then ignores you. AVOID
I booked this place and was hoodwinked into thinking that that place was your own space.....my guests had no heating, no basic essentials and the place was unhygienic so much so cockroaches where over the place.....they double booked the one of the rooms I was told it was a cupboard too......I am highly disappointed in this. It was their first time in Belfast.........they did not have kettle and basic essentials in their room. Bugs ie, roaches and other things are there and broken mirrors and mould in the bathroom
I do not recommend this place for several reasons: The condition of the house is dilapidated, with humidity, and a lack of cleanliness in common areas such as the shower (in a pitiful state, the floor is coming off, with traces of dampness), the kitchen is dirty with a musty smell (the cooking plates and fridge are dirty). Moreover, it is complicated to reach the owner. Indeed, when I wish to have information or communicate with the owner, it is almost impossible to reach him by phone; he only responds by message or not at all... Furthermore, the person who conducted the 'visit' of the premises upon arrival did not explain the functioning of the electric shower at all. Finally, perhaps there was WIFI on the premises, but we were not informed... For these various points listed above, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
The place looks a lot worse than on the pictures, truly the embodiment of the "landlord special". The bathrooms are moldy, the kitchen is disgusting. The smell of febreeze was stinging, but we were glad we didn't get to experience the natural smell...

Great place to stay well recommended
Easy to get to. Only thing for me was the lack of breakfast. We paid for bed and breakfast. Next morning we had nothing. No milk no butter there was a banana and half a loaf of bread but we couldnt make toast because the butter had all been used. Disappointed
Really nice place with a good location never to far from town centre Ryan was a really cool guy
Not fancy, but host is extremely friendly, always phone call away, and really flexible!!!
