Great coffee, fresh bread and pastries too. I bought an extra strong Americano coffee to go, a focaccia and some items from the grocery section. All great tasting and quality!

Cute little store - you’ll find a bunch of organic & ethically produced products here. Has a small selection of fresh produce, grains, snacks, refrigerated products, a cosmetics section, and even a refillable cleaning product area. I come here occasionally to buy cosmetics & natracare pads and my ketchup & vegan mayo. My only wish would be if they stocked a vegan mayo that has chickpea water as its main ingredient since I find those to taste much better and much more exact to how regular mayo would. They now also have a loyalty card which I appreciate. They do have a cafe as well but I haven’t tried anything from there so I can’t speak on that.
Life saver - I was super hungry on a Sunday and desperate to find something vegan to eat. I love the fact that they have a small eat-in space to enjoy a drink and/or pastry which is not common in organic stores. Vegan foods on their counter was not correctly displayed (there was a cinnamon roll that wasn’t vegan that was marked as such) but the guy at the cash desk was very knowledgeable and helped me finding the right choice :)
Been sold bad products for the past 3 times I’ve shopped: £8.99 peonies that never bloomed, £3.50 sausages with white mold, and the driest frozen chips. How does Better Food have such a great reputation?

A good range of organic products - vegan cheese, fresh fruit and veg, small topup shop (dried fruit, nuts, chocolate, grains and cereals), oils and vinegars, tinned goods, sauces, pastes and chutneys, craft beer. Only downside is it's fairly expensive. They also overcharged me for a cabbage, they were nice about it when I went back to sort it out.
Took shelter from the rain inside BF and had coffee & cake. Had the chocolate and nut granola bar which was ab-fab darling! Mocha a little less so. It turns out they make it with unsweetened cacao rather than cocoa powder so it was under-sweet for my taste. Service was good but the whole enchilada a little toppy at £10.40 for 2 coffees and 1 cake?
Great place - mostly a good refill/no waste shop but it also seems lots of other bits and bobs. A bit like the TARDIS, it's bigger than it looks! Also serves coffee, iced coffee and tea, and a range of juices that they make in front of you! A bit of a shame that I saw some of their bakery type products wrapped in plastic, hopefully something they can change.
