   Today when I visited this branch of Burger King I was surprised to see that the actual liquid content of my drink was able to fit into a small cup when I removed the ice from my large cup. I found this disgraceful and I also was presented with a squashed burgee which had not been made with care like promised. I shall never eat at this Burger King again after my horrible experience today.

   This is the first time I've ever been to a Burger King, and I wasn't impressed. I came around 7:30 p.m. with my little boy and the guy who was on the counter was the most miserable bloke. I approached him to ask him something, he looked at me, walked away and did something else. He did come back to me but his whole attitude stunk. The food was okay but it's definitely overpriced. We waited way too long for the most simple of orders, I don't understand why it took as long as it did. It's supposed to be fast food.

   Air conditioning broken with no plan in sight to fix . Hotter inside than outside . Service good the Angus burger limited edition takes longer to make though so be aware . Quiet at time of visit and was lacking some hygiene standards on tables Desert menu gave additional options as chilli dips etc , needs to be reviewed by corporate

   It's the first time my children have come to Burger King. We were greeted by Chris, who served us and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help me with our order. My kids were really happy & can't wait to come back. They said "it's better than McDonald's mummy!" That's big coming from them. It was clean & the food was so tasty. Thanks for making their 1st experience one to remember.

   The boards need resigning as they were not lit up so it was hard to see the menu at night. However the staff were lovely... Very polite and patiently waited whilst we chose our meals. Food..great as always

   Friendly serving staff. The chips and onion rings were lovely and hot. Unfortunately the burgers were cold(the cheese had barely melted on the patties) as they had been left on the trays whilst waiting for the rest of the order.

   Restored my faith in Burger King. Was always more of a McDonald’s fan than Burger King, this was until I brought my family into this Burger King. Food was fresh and piping hot, and although there was a queue when we arrived we were served very quickly, furthermore when our order came without one of the fries, the manager (I think he was called Ben) sorted it unbelievably quick and was very apologetic for the wait (not very long at all). Glad to have finally found a fast food restaurant with good hot food and great service 10/10 would go again.

   We ate in, the tables were dirty, food on the floor & tables. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. We ordered, our burgers were stone cold so we took them back. A few mins later the replacements were ready which were also stone cold - the reason the manager gave us was "because the bacon & cheese they use is cold, it makes the burgers cold". He then told us he could "put them in the microwave"! Absolute rubbish. I don't mind paying a bit more for freshly cooked food or waiting but it seems burger king can't be bothered to do this any more. Never again Burger King. If I want cold food - I'll go to Mcdonalds & pay half the price. Five guys costs a little bit more, but the food is always fresh, so I will be going there from now on.

   It's been a long time since I visited Burger King, and will will be a long time before I go again! Whilst the place was almost empty, service was slow. Staff weren't friendly or customer-centric in my opinion. The menus aren't easy to follow as you have to wait for the electronic pages to change, to see the range of what they sell. The food isn't cheap and is like warm when it arrives. The one positive was the fries are far better than other fast food chains. Not enough, however, to persuade me to return.
