The dispensable drinks are absolutely disgusting. Tastes like straight sparkling water couldnt even taste the actual juice. Floors were spilled with juice as I almost slipped no warning sign and the tables were filthy with wrappers and leftovers. Chips are dry horrid and bland had to get one of the workers to clean up my table. Absolutely disgusting experience would never come back.

I arrived by coach in Nottingham at dinner time and needed to fill my stomach up cheaply. This place did what I wanted admirably. Plus the friendly staff helped when the self-order screens didn't print the receipt to take for cash payment which I had opted for. So far so good. Lots of the tables hadn't been cleared of the left overs from previous customers, and the tray-return area was covered in rubbish. So expect a bit of cheap 'n' nasty. A double cheeseburger "meal" filled me up & set me back Β£6.93, which is what I went there for.

Entire order REEKED of ammonia, yes ammonia. Someone may have urinated in or on the food, or it was so rotten that there was ammonia, or perhaps a cleaning product contaminated the order. Dangerous. I tried for days to report the issue and couldn't. The phone number on google never picks up. The phone number on just eat doesn't work. The form on their website doesnt work, and emailing them directly just got me a "could not deliver message" email. It is stunning that they have designed their customer service to ignore all reports, even ones relating to serious health and safety concerns. Never, ever order from them.

It was sunday at 20.30, they close at 22.00. They already blocked off most the resterant and started cleaning up the out of bounds area. They left only 2 tables that were filthy they didnt bother clearing or wiping the 2 tables they have left for the customers. The food was cold, it wasn't cheap for that wagu burger neither. Don't go here, the worst most filthy fast food place ive ever been in

Just had the wagyu burger and itβs of been the driest burger Iβve ever eaten. Bun and burger best part was the salad and to top it off the drinks machine only Sprite and it tasted weird like no flavour. Iβve also eaten a lot wagyu and didnβt have the same sort of flavour Iβm used to it just tasted like a dry beef burger very disappointed.

Sunday afternoon - not busy at all. Food took a very long time - we could see some of our order shoved in the hot hold/ burger chute for at least 10 minutes while the rest of the order was assembled. When asked about the order, we were told they were just waiting for the vegan royale (server then spoke to person behind the chute, and we heard them say it wasn't started yet). Food was luke warm, and chilli cheese bites practically inedible. Coke was very watery, and the whole experience was just disappointing.

Avoid this place should be shut down. No cleaning done since before covid. Staff grubby windows, work tops, seats, all dirty and staff seem to accept it. All stood about. Not busy. Hope it closes. And I am a Burger King fan they are normally my favourite.

Always busy at night with hit and miss access to the self serve kiosks. Staff are always slow but friendly. Limited vegan options - but the options that are available are tasty, but not worth the price. Bottom tier fast food places in Nottingham.

Mostly understaffed at busy times making waiting times for food longer than normal. Tables not always available at ground level and if they are vacant they are not always cleared of rubbish from previous customers. Overall experience is average to good depending on the day.

Avoid this place. I had a chicken burger, fries & a coke. The chicken was dry & only warm, the fries so salty they were inedible & the coke flat & literally warm. One of the worst meal I've had. There was no manager to complain to & head office claimed there was nothing they could do as I bought the food at an outlet. Disgraceful company. The tables & toilet were also filthy. The fact that the place was almost empty at what should have been a busy time should have been a warning!
