Having used the store possibly once a month for the last year, Picking up & having parcels delivered - I will never return, the staff take along to acknowledge you, make you feel unwelcome, are extremely rude - and have lost parcels on 3 occasion's. Please avoid at all costs
There’s a young man that treats you like nothing every time you come in, not sure if they have a problem with women but always speak down to me when I’m in yet have a nice chat with men that come in. For some reason they make you search through the parcel bags to find your parcel when that’s actually their job. Constantly speaking over me when I try to communicate them about collecting my parcel. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve now been in 4 times and it’s the same every time. God forbid what they’d be like if you needed help with something. Won’t bother with them anymore but I think that’s exactly what they want!

Terrible service every time you go here - and today closed with a sign but no time given ! Rude people, no apology when I waited 19 minutes to simply pick up a parcel - avoid at all costs
Absolutely shocking customer service here. The whole family are rude especially the older man and short man with glasses. No prices so they can charge you whatever they want. They don’t even say hello or thanks or even what the price is sometimes. Today they charged me £2 over what it should be I’m never going in here again!! Diabolical

Long overdue review! After stupidly losing my Collect+ receipts for parcels I returned at New Dibden Stores, I went back to see if I could get my receipts re-printed. Considering it had been at least a week since I'd returned my parcel, I was so grateful when they offered to look into it for me. They went above and beyond what I could've hoped and went as far as to speak to head office and provide me with the tracking numbers for my parcels. Needless to say, they were returned absolutely fine - as they always are with New Dibden! Very very helpful staff and I will continue to use their trustworthy Collect+ service and would highly recommend to others. Thank you once again for all your help.
Always been my local but after being charged £8 for toilet roll today I will never be going back! How they can justify charging that amount at a time like this is disgusting! Avoid big time
