   *****Update ****** I was asked to contact them regarding my review. I explained everything exactly as it happened and was told (I’ve copied this from the actual email)…... We’ve forwarded it onto Appleby Westward Co Ltd, who manage the stores in your region, for investigation. They’ll be in touch with you shortly with an update. That was on the 29th December - I’v not h anything from them! *********************************** Appalling- had a parcel delivered there as I was working so I thought it would be safer. Go to pick it up today and they’ve lost it, they don’t have a clue where it is. One woman even shrugged her shoulders and said “it’ll turn up”. This is a Christmas present so that’s not going to be any good to me. Wouldn’t recommend you get parcel’s delivered there as they clearly don’t keep them safe!

   Love my local shop - nothing is too much for the staff, really well-stocked for essentials, really flexible opening hours for its post office means that I can pick up/deliver parcels at any time that suits me and great (and well-priced!) coffee machine too. Often pleasantly surprised to find it selling bread and milk when demand for essentials is its highest (e.g. due to snow/lockdown!). All in all, keep up the good work!

   Local post office..Always seems to be open ! Reasonable prices and selection and it's nice not to have to give your money to Mr Tesco
